I received almost no email updates, and despite them saying they attempted service multiple times, only one attempt was ever documented or communicated to me. I was repeatedly left in the dark and had to keep asking for basic information. When I pointed out the delay and lack of updates, instead of working with me or taking accountability, I was told to "just get a new court date" -- even though their delay was the reason I was running out of time. I tried to be reasonable and asked if they could help me meet my deadline, but they refused to make even a small accommodation. Between being left out of the system, not receiving proper updates, minimal documented attempts, and then being told to basically start over with a new court date, I ended up having to hire someone else at the last minute. This cost me extra time, money, and stress. I wish my experience had been better, but I cannot recommend them based on how my case was handled.

Mr. Mundy threw my papers in the middle of the street, called me cussing and screaming, and ended up blocking me from contacting his phone after promising to send me a follow-up. I can only assume he blocked me because of embarrassment from how he acted. He says there was an altercation, I am unsure of who really started it, but he ended up texting me that he's "lucky I didn't take my fucking Maglite to his fucking head". I was unsure whether my son was witness to this, he blocked me within 20 minutes so I had to call the police to do a wellness check. This caused more stress for me during this entire process. Either way, would not recommend Mr. Mundy's services.
