I agreed to pay for a $189 Alignment package to get my car back, When I went to have it aligned, they told me that the alignment pins were missing and I needed to pay $160 per set And there were three sets missing. I put the pins in myself $30 This is what I got me mad I told them to give me my vehicle. They did refund me my Alignment package and I went somewhere else. This is top priority to me when it comes to vehicle repair and maintenance. Called Hillside on a Friday morning and Harrison answers. Really nice and friendly. He said it's first come first serve basis so i brought my car in as early as possible. They didn't try to sell me on getting new tires or breaks or anything, although i know I'll need these in the next year. They fixed the tire and sent me on my way within 15 minutes of arriving. I paid......nothing! Harrison said it was a small job happy to help. Here's the thing - even though I wasn't charged, I'll definitely be referring people to them. I already referred a family member who said they'll be going to Hillside in the next month or so for some work. I'll be sure to keep referring. Lobby area - not tons of seating, but then again, it was just me and another individual, and the service was very fast.

She had 24 hours to make the decision due to unfortunate circumstances. I l called every open shop. Went to big O tires and they wouldn't touch the car without paying them or give me a breakdown receipt of what they thought it could be, and refused to print it off to price compare. These amazing humans lifted the car up, walked me out and let me video exactly what was wrong, gave me honest advice in 10 minutes. Sent us on our way no charge.
