I went in recently to get my car aligned. I was told early on in the job that there was an issue with a bolt and it would take additional time, if they were even able to take it out. After using a torch they were able to align the car. I was still only charged the price of a normal alignment, and was told this was because I was not given an estimate or labor cost before fixing it. Recognizing this job required much more than a normal alignment, I'm very pleased with their service and would have been paying more. As I waited in the shop I saw the way they interacted with other customers, professionally and honestly. They gave clear timeframes and let them know their options. We bought tires there in July 2018. In October 2019, they were completely bald. Completely bald - one year later?? They were suppose to last 50k miles. They were bald after 20k. I was there a week ago , they changed front left tire control arm just because I hit the curb it was not that bad cause I was able to drive almost 2 years without fix it I decided to fix just because I have 20 inch tires wanted put it on anyways my car is 2005 mustang , I asked them if I bring my tires in can you guys put it on my tires too they said yes , they charged all of this 435$ I'm not mad about price , it took almost 3 days to be done and they told me we will call you when we done or order something or you wanna fix or not , but I called them 2 days , he already ordered stuff without ask my permission, I was like ok let's do it I got my car finally I stoped by gas station which is 1 mile away from there , I was just wanted make sure my tires lug nuts tight or not because while I drive 1 mile I heard some noice my back , I wanted to check it , and guess what ? All my lug nuts for tires not even tight , you can literally take them out with your fingers , I was so mad and angry , I'm glad I checked them if I did not I was able to get accident , they don't even care I guess I was so lucky this time but guys pls make sure don't go that place for your security! read more

My tire collected a very large self-tapping screw. I didn't know they made them that big. The screw pierced through at an angle. Discount Tire wasn't willing to attempt the repair. We have bought tires for multiple cars here for years and years. They have absolutely great customer service. We are always happy with our tires. I was disappointed when going in this week to find that not one of the employees were wearing masks while helping customers! I understand not wearing masks when in the bays working on cars. But I felt they lack respect for me and my health by not following the county ordered mandate. They have a sign on the door saying face covers are required, but even most of the customers didn't have on any face covering. If taking a mask on and off as the employees go back and forth between the bay and the customer counter is too much of a bother, please at least install plexiglass to add a barrier between customers and employees. read more
