This year, we finally found Bennie's! She allowed us to make custom pre-orders in January when she was still selecting flowers. She showed us her Proven Winners catalog and had great suggestions for what would grow well together. Today we picked up our baskets and they look fabulous. I can't wait to see what they look like in August! The only disappointment was that with 11 hanging baskets in the Suburban, I only had room to take home 1 more plant. So back to Bennie's we'll go to bring home some beautiful geraniums, lavender, clematis, roses, or dozens of other annuals and perennials. Everything looked extremely healthy and vigorous. Customers are spoiled for choice, and prices are extremely reasonable. Well worth the 3 hour round trip!

No one there to help with shoes ( we looked for 30 minutes) 2. Find a pair of shoes, when we get to the counter realize the box is torn, shoes are scuffed, and full of dog hair! ( Yep they were on the shelf that way) 3. When I noticed the condition of the shoes and pointed it out, the cashier acted offended that I said we would buy a different pair. 4. Find a different pair and go to pay , go to set my water that I purchased on the counter so I can get my wallet and there is plant dirt all over the counter!! Now I've offended another cashier!!! We also have owned two hot tubs, and their knowledge of hot tub maintenance is some of the best we've experienced. Eubanks carries Baqua Spa products, AND also tests water for set up - both are RARE services that not many spa stores offer or have expertise on. I am grateful that this local store has supported Centralia for generations, as expertise on glass repair and hot tub maintenance are hard to find!

Took in a gear box to get an estimate on a repair. First info I could get was that they were over $400 into a repair that I did NOT authorize. Was shocked to say the least! I only wanted a quote! It had only had two broken bearings and some bad seals. I could buy a new gear box twice for that! Again, never asked them to fix it, only what it might cost to fix it. I let the asst. mngr. know that I never authorized them to make repairs and that that was an unreasonable price considering I could buy a new one twice for that. Finally spoke to a manager who basically told me this was the price (they had discounted from 95$ an hour in labor to $80 but still, the price was going to be over $400 of unauthorized work!!!) and either I could pay it or they would scrap my gear box. What the? Who does that? They never quoted me a price! And now they are going to keep my gear box! Pretty sure that is stealing! Going to pursue this further. Not cool Washington Tractor. You won't see any of my business from here on out.

The manager did give us at no charge the grease and oil needed to do the job. You just have to not assume that the job is done right, in today's world, you can't take anyone at their word and double check your own equipment. Nice people but hard to find reliable workers.
