My Favorite Mistake…read more When I placed my order I was looking for a local shop, so I would be able to contact if I needed additional items. After scouring a couple of sites I came up with this site and figured why not? Fast forward 2weeks later, I was wondering what was the status of my order. So I called the store and they said " Yes, its here and done, you checked pick up." Oh Wow I missed that option, I am on my way. Reluctantly, I got in my car and headed to Baldwin Long Island w/my trustee GPS. DUH! I hadn't even noticed the option, that what kept on racing in my mind the whole way over. I hate the Southern State, Ughgh Maybe I should of asked them to mail it to me. Oh well, nothing I can do now. SOOOOO HAPPY I missed it. They are GaaaaaREEEEEEAAAT!!! Love Love Love, did I mention love this store. A+++++ Customer Service, if you can't find it they will help you get it. Lots of ideas for inspiration that can be made by them or yourself. I will definitely shop for more items. They were so gracious and helpful, I look forward to working with them for my 40th Birthday party. You can find all your party needs plus more. If you are crafty like me, drag yourself out the store before you go broke. I had never received a balloon arrangement before, and you can really tell they took their time to make it perfect. My husband mentioned that his interaction with the staff, both over the phone and when picking up the arrangement, was amazing. I received the 'Sealed with a Kiss' design, and they even added Hershey's Kisses at the bottom of the arrangement! called to inform management that one of their truck drivers was not only reckless, but flipped us…read moreoff for slowing down after a car in front of us had a tire blow out. said driver proceeded to tailgate, flip us off repeatedly, and at one point used an obscene sexual gesture towards my 16 year old sister, who was riding in the back. (he also took a picture of her for some reason?) the manager was not only rude and condescending but extremely dismissive. he told me that he "doesn't know who the driver is" nor "what the facts are," and when i asked if he thought that sort of behavior is acceptable he flat out said he didn't have an opinion. if the staff is any indication of how they do business then i guess assco is just one big dumpster fire.
