Find out its truly a Onr stop shop to care for your Car!!! They called me to diagnose and give cost. Before doing any work! Lota of friends and a personal mechanic referred me to use Butler! Well, overall after checking in today and going multiple issues with my Old car... they took me in without a schedule. Immediately at Noon. They ran diagnostics for problems I experienced but couldn't duplicate. It was $169 cost, but they waives coat as they couldn't duplicate the issues. Ended up getting all Tires changed, Oil change and new battery!!! $1048?!! Oh...and they have never seen a car with tires that lasted so long. Its 2024 and the last time I changed my tires was 2007!!!! ( I don't drive that much in my classic car)heh They're a great HONEST and fair company Concerning the care of your vehicle!!! I'm Hooked!!! I'm bringing back for future services!!! And they took my AAA or AaRp discount which maxed at $25. I was hoping 10% ! I'm a Fan!!!

On 06/23/2026, I took my vehicle to Butler Automotive West, Inc. for diagnostic and repair services. I was charged $2,500 for the repair. Within the same hour of picking up my vehicle on 07/02/2026, it broke down again with the same issue that was supposed to have been fixed. When I contacted the shop to report the immediate failure, I was told it must have been something I did, even though the vehicle had barely been driven since leaving their shop. They refused to take responsibility for the failed repair or offer a reasonable explanation. I had to pay the tow service because I wanted it towed to my residence instead of being towed to Butler Automotive again. The business charged a substantial amount, did not fix the problem, and then suggested towing the vehicle back to their shop--potentially to charge additional fees. After paying $2,500, my car should not have broken down the same day. I paid nearly $200 for diagnostics alone; they did not even diagnose the issue properly. The tow man told me immediately that the alternator or the battery is the issue; it's the fuel injection system. I asked that it be checked when I gave them my car to fix, and they clearly ignored me and obviously didn't even do a diagnostic test, and their mechanics can't be smart. Butler Auto is A SCAM. Money-hungry liars. I cried to them, literally cried, begging them for help with the bill. I let them know my situation that I couldn't pay $2500 upfront, begged for in-house financing, and they refused to help in any way. Desired Resolution: A full refund of $2,500 for ineffective repair services. A written explanation of the diagnostic and repair process. Accountability for the immediate breakdown following service.

Classic Collision of Augusta is not the place. They repaired my Mercedes SL400 and made a complete mess of the job. On top of that, when I went to pick my vehicle up, it was dirty with overspray, and the bumpers and fenders were not fitting together properly (what I call dog ears). I left my car for another extended period for them to correct the problem, but when I got the car home two weeks later, the paint was horrible. You could see where they sanded the car, it had a mesh pattern underneath the clear coat where you could see where they sanded the car, and the clear coat had dubree in it that was not buffed out. The clear coat had an overall lemon-peel appearance and was a horrible job. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!! THEIR RATING SHOULD NOT BE 4.5, AND THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS FROM THE GM DOWN. THEIR RATING IS MISLEADING, AND THEIR WORK IS SUBSTANDARD. This is not what I am accustomed to from this company.

I get up there I was told that I have to pay for another one, they are not and my warranty isn't going to cover it. So basically, if anything goes wrong while I am paying you almost $400 a month I have to still pay to get repairs and the equipment. So, I told them I will bring there equipment back and be done with it. Ok, cool is what the employee tells me. Be mindful I just made my payment two days agonizing Thursday that was due on Friday. Today is Saturday. So I ask do I get my monies back cause I paid and I am not using the equipment. I was told no, we keep that money. So to everyone please don't go here. Anyway they can get you they will. But what they don't realize is my career is also a blogger. I will be giving my review to the BBB next.

Sean is a rare breed and something you don't find too often anymore in the world! To say he pays attention to detail is an understatement of epic proportion. Being new to the area, I took a chance on his shop that hasn't been around long and has no reviews and it was the best decision I could have made. He thinks of EVERYTHING and wants to make sure his customer is satisfied with his work. He uses the finest products too, I'm so used to my car being detailed and slipping on my new, shiny seats and running boards, but not with his products; everything looks amazing and shiny without the cheap feel of it being slick and slimy. My only complaint would be that he cleaned my back window too good and I checked nearly 10 times on the way home to make sure I hadn't rolled my back window down because it looked as if it wasn't there.
