I called RNR Tires Express and spoke to Shawn. I explained I had a nail in my tire and wanted to see if someone could take a look at it. His response was a very rude, "NOT IF YOU DIDN'T BUY THE TIRES FROM US!" RNR Tires Express clearly states on their FAQs online that if repairable, they repair tires free of charge, regardless of where it was originally purchased. I would have gladly paid, not looking for free, just looking for someone to help. According to Shawn unless you buy the tires from them, they won't repair. I just moved here from out of state and looking to replace my original tires on a Lexus RX 350 soon. I definitely WILL NOT be getting tires from RNR Tires! read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They lied to me and mislead me from the beginning! They told me if I paid cash for my tires that there was no warranty. I even offered to pay cash that day, but they told me I wouldnt get the warranty if I paid cash. They told me I HAVE to sign a contract to get the warranty. Then they charged me $298.86 per tire, which is $121.28 more per tire (before tax) then what walmart sells them for $177.58. Its almost like they just picked a number, and thats what they charge you (Americus Rugged ATR All Terrain LT 285/70/17). The manager told me that walmart was wholesale pricing. Since when has walmart ever sold wholesale to anyone? The fact is they are EXTREMELY DISHONEST and the worst experience I've had ever with a business. The finance manager told me if I paid my tires of early, they would deduct the processing fees for the months I would not be paying. That was a lie. They also took a $20 deposit when I initially got the tires but still charged me the full price plus tax. They stole $20 of my money because they never credited me for the $20 deposit I made. They charged me FULL PRICE plus TAX with no credit for that initial deposit. They told me as long as I made one payment on contract, I could pay them off the next day and then I would get my company wide basic lifetime warranty for flats and repairs. If you Google their company policy it clearly states you will get this warranty when you pay cash for tires as well. So why does this franchise get to decide not to give customers the franchise wide warranty? When I went in to pay the tires off then they told me that wasn't going to happen, and all that mattered was that I signed the contract. That is ILLEGAL to mislead customers into signing contracts to be able to charge them more fees. Then they deny the agreements and warranty that was previously discussed. I have made a couple of attempts to reach the Vice President of Franchising with no luck on a call regarding this matter. I will be reaching out to legal counsel regarding this matter to discuss the $20 that was taken, the price gouging, bold face lies, and missleading customers into signing contracts! They made the comment several times about how they dont have many customers anymore. We'll when you conduct yourselves and business in shady practice, theres a good chance no one will want to give you repeat business! The military discount they offer, (which I never recieved) is a JOKE! They told me it was a dollar and some change for spending $1312.00! The only reason why I am giving RnR 3 stars is because they provide free tire patch, I'll go into details about the lack of COVID-19 precautions later in the review. I brought the wife's car in for a patch and the front desk worker was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and clean. They have a large selection of tires and rims. The reason why they did not get a 5 star review is because of the COVID-19 issues that I saw. I watched multiple customers walk around with their masks not being wore properly or not on at all. The employees did not ask that the customers to wear their masks properly. I watched multiple employees from the shop in the back walk to the front lobby area and they did not have a mask on. I only watched one shop employee put a mask on before he walked inside the lobby. read more

The people at the Fort Smith location were very nice! HOWEVER, after being only 7 days late we got a VERY rude message threatening us that they would file charges on us and they would not do business this way. Since then we have quickly paid the tires off and will no longer do business with RNR custom wheels and tires. I wish I were able to post pictures I would show everyone the very rude message they sent to us. I would highly recommend finding a different place to buy your wheels and tires from that way you don't end up with a criminal charge. It honestly seems to me that they only want others the be late so that they can collect extra money, very scandalous if you ask me! read more

The man I dealt with today was extremely shady. I made an appointment yesterday over the phone. He told me he didn't have my tire size but could put a different size on. I said I don't want the wrong size. He said he'd get them from Springdale. I said ok. I went to my appointment today and as soon as I arrived asked again to make sure that they had gotten the correct size and he assured me they had. I waited while they changed them and he rushed me to sign a contract before even telling me the brand of tire/cost of each that I was paying. He said $900 for four tires. I asked him what brand they were. I looked them up online and they were half the cost at other places that he told me. I asked why there was a $80 markup on them and he told me that covered tire rotations and that tire rotations cost $100. I have never paid $100 for a rotation in my life. In fact I had an appointment next week for an oil change AND rotation for less than that. I am not sure if this man thinks he can lie to women or if he is so bold and slimy that he treats everyone like this. I cannot fathom why a person would straight up lie to your face and disrespect someone this way. When I left after this disrespect and rudeness, I checked the tire size and it was the wrong size. I went back and told them to cancel the contract. I then barely made it to Walmart on a tire that was very damaged way more than when I had taken it to RNR to buy tires. I paid $315 at Walmart. So basically $600 less than RNR was charging. I just pray that the contract is actually cancelled since I never got tires and spent my whole day off on this. I do not trust this company to not do something horrific with the contract that should be cancelled. But mostly a blessing that they put the wrong size on so I could pay $600 less. read more

RNR tire express has annoying and lazy marketing practices. The store manager is neither helpful nor able to handle issues when they occur. A comparison of tire prices with local competitors puts them higher in both service and tire prices. I do not recommend them at all! read more

I paid far above average price for my tires which I knew was a trade-off going to a rent as you own place. But desperate times and all... However, after dropping my van off to have the tires rotated and balanced, they had taken off my hubcaps and not replaced them. The reasoning was that my old lugnuts were going bad and the new ones they put on didn't fit. I have factory rims and hubcaps for a Chrysler mini-van (a very common vehicle). I repeatedly had to demand that my hubcaps be replaced. The man said he was the manager and that I could NOT have his name because he didn't have to deal with "people like me who obviously have no concern for the safety of their children". What?!?! I will openly admit I developed an attitude after having to deal with this man and continued to request his name. He did allow me to take a picture (I had a co-worker with me who witnessed this). After MANY exchanges back and forth, I have my old lugnuts on and my hubcaps back on as well. I plan on contacting their corporate office. I drove across the street to a local mechanic and they are checking my lugnuts now. They are fine, by the way. But if I want new ones, these gentlemen said my lugnuts are one of the most common sizes. Imagine that. That is the shortest version of the story I could provide. Definitely do not recommend them to anyone. Between fees, cost, hard to navigate online pay site and TERRIBLE customer service, find another way to get tires. read more

My son took a flat to RNR and was told initially they would fix it for free. He was told it was irreparable, but they'd be happy to sell him a new one for $350. $350! One tire. $350. I really didn't have strong feelings towards them one way or the other for the past few years. When I originally got my car from the dealership (in Texas) the tires were filled with Nitrogen. Since it is better for the tires, I wanted to keep it that way and was told RNR could accommodate that. I paid them some figure around $50 or $60 as a one time fee to use the machine. However, more often than not when I would try to go in, I was told the machine was down. Fine, okay, I'll go to the dealership in Bentonville. The people were nice enough about it and I get it, shit happens; not that it wasn't irritating. However, while preparing for a move and not having the time to get up to Bentonville, I went in to ask if it was operational. It was! But they were busy so I came back the next day and walked into so much sass from a guy that I remember as looking Ron White-esque. The guy seemed to think he was Ron White too and was making "jokes" in a way that suggested a sad need for the approval of his co-workers. He called filling my tires with the Nitrogen I paid them for a "favor" and was just all around a loud, rude, condescending asshole. I've never had a problem with anyone else there, I'm not hard to get along with, but they really need to get rid of that guy. Everyone needs to get rid of that guy. read more

I never leave reviews like this but this place might be one of the most unprofessional businesses, in general, that I've ever come across. My husband bought a new set of wheels and tires here about six months ago and accidentally cracked both on the left side. We were never made aware of these cracks. We have bought 5 new tires in the last month just for them to continually be put on cracked wheels. Whenever my husband called after we woke up to the FIFTH tire being flat, they said that we would have to pay in full just to place the order, instead of a standard deposit like we have paid every other time. Keep in mind that we have already spent thousands of dollars at this place. We end up calling a shop in another town and they happen to price what we need $800 less than RNR did. Long story short, do NOT go here just for your sake. They are very rude and honestly not very knowledgeable considering their job wasn't being done correctly. Or maybe they're just lazy.
