Absolutely terrible experience. I was only 3 days late on a payment and the new account manager at Genesis immediately started threatening to pick up my tires. The tone, the attitude, and the lack of basic customer service were unbelievable. What makes it worse is that the rest of the staff here has always been great, so this new manager is dragging the entire location down. If this is the direction they're going, customers need to avoid this location completely until management replaces or retrains this person. No paying customer should be talked to or threatened like that over a short delay. Completely unacceptable. read more

I will always go to RNR for tire service and sales because they are courteous, knowledgeable, and don't over charge like some local dealerships do. I had to replace a tire and was surprised that it was $45 less per tire, than the Kia Dealership where I had purchased my last set of tires! read more

Zero respect and NO integrity. Company protects 2 ludicrously unprofessional manager and other. Bought 12 mo align. Next week, had appointment for re-check after parts replaced. "Bare with me - we have several ahead of you" was the first thing said. 45 min later, no action. Asked when and "manager" puffed up about "attitude", threw my key on the counter and said "get out - we will not work on yours". He then proceeded to refuse to refund money paid for 12 month service contract. Company protecting and rewarding these 2 for disrespect they showed to me. The signs on their walls are pure fantasy and a con-job. The company has refused to refund my money, to apologize formally or offer any real action commensurate with the immense level of unprofessionalism shown by their employees. Their other reviews must be "inside" reviews because they do not deserve to have any customers. read more

Went in for a set of tires for my truck and was given a quote. Asked about the payment plans they have and they wanted $175/month for 15 months for $1000 tires! That would be $2600 for the tires. So I found some tires online and had RnR install them. They bounced and they balanced again and then told me one was out of round. Would not help with warranty claim for that tire, as they said I had to go back to where I bought the tires. Ended up going to another tire installer who ordered another tire under warranty and installed it. They also said that all the other tires were out of balance!!! read more

Thanks to Kelly and his guys for such excellent service. They went over and above with customer service and satisfaction when we experienced an unexpected mishap last week. After learning of our situation, they were waiting upon our arrival, helped us assess the situation and even suggested a nearby rental agency to get us on our way to reach our destination. Next morning on our return, the car was ready for us to pick up exactly as they promised. We are not local residents, but if we were, RNR would be our go-to for any tire needs. We highly recommend them if you are in the Sebring area. Kelly really cares for his customers and treats you like family. read more
