The Springfield location is dirty. There was food, trash, cobwebs all over by their drink station. The women's restroom freaked of old food and blood. Told the young man in the office but he was more concerned with his phone. The only good thing about this location was the young man who rotated our tires. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

ive taken 2 cars there to have tires and rims put on the first set i bought 20 in rims went there and they had a young guy doing the tires while i was waiting i walked outside of the building since it was nice out and as im walking by the bay doors i see the young man that cleary did not kno what he was doing these were reverse mount rims needless to say ended of bending the front side of the rim was told they would try to find a replacement which i knew would be hard so now i have one rim that was never fixed nor replaced so i gave them a second try i ordered brand new tires and rims take the car there for a 10 am appt. my car was still sitting outside at 3 pm when i called got told they were short techs that day didn't end up getting the car until the nexted day mind these were brand new rims i get the car and have to drive to dayton for a doctors appt. prior to that i have no issues with my car and how it drove after rims were put on my front end felt like it was gonna fall apart come to find out they put a ton of sticky weights every rim had to much on it when i went back showed video of my car the excuse i got was there balance machine wasn't working correct it was giving false information when talking to the employees they were very rude and disrespectful i would not recommend them to anyone seeing they dont kno how to do there job correctly and all the ones working there are all friends you can't run a company that way read more

I have a lifted truck and they mounted and balanced tires for me really quick and cheaper than the big name tire shops in the area. Brought my truck back later for rotations. Scott was great to work with and quick to help with any other issues I had. read more

I am a 72 year old retired Medical Professional and the founder and executive director of a nonprofit eye clinic helping children and adults without resources get eye exams and glasses. I am by no means wealthy. I drive a 2009 Jaguar XK Convertible that was the only thing I bought for myself at retirement. I purchased a set of tires from RnR Express tire store in Springfield. I had problems with them staying inflated to the suggested tire pressure and was told they were fine that the inflation would vary I cold weather. I was not happy with the ride of the new tires. 6 days after my warranty was up I experienced a blow out of the right front tire on my way to work. I was tired of retirement and went back to work at a clinic in Columbus, Ohio which was a 67 mile commute each way 4 days a week. During the course of the month I had two blow outs on the right front tire. RnR informed me that they had put the incorrect size tire on my car. I had my car inspected by my mechanic and he informed me that a leveling sensor was broken and zip tied together and that that caused issues damaging the rear suspension. RnR supplied me with a rental car and said that their goal was A1 customer service and quality. I told them that I wanted the car repaired and gave them the two requested repair quotes, both at $9,000.00 RnR sent their "Master Mechanic" to look at it which took less than 10 minutes and they refused to do the repair stating it was an old car and it was normal wear and tear. My mechanic suggested that they at least repair the zip tied sensor which they agreed to and said that there should be a check in approximately 2 weeks. A month had passed, the auto rental company came to my house at 5:40 in the evening and claimed the rental car leaving me stranded the night before a Neurology appointment at OSU at 7:45am. I called RnR and asked when the tires would be in and miraculously they would be in the following day. Obviously never ordered. When they arrived they were not the brand promised by the VP of Operations. He said "Take them or leave them." When I asked about the continued use of the rental car he said, "No more rental cars, you got your tires." I asked when the mechanic could expect the check he said would be here in 2 weeks and his reply was "What check?" This Company's Vice President of Operations, who told me that he was a part owner of this franchise told me that they were proud of their business and how they strive to be a high quality operation, then proceeded to make promises to take care of the issue at hand, committed to make repairs accepting responsibility, then blatantly lies and goes back on his word. The way businesses take advantage of and abuse women and seniors makes a strong statement on their ethics and values. At the end of the day, they know right from wrong. What they may be under estimating is the strength and tenacity of a senior citizen and the time they have available to find solutions. I will add also that the second blow out occurred at 70 mph on I-70 while driving between two semi Tractor Trailers. Following that, I drove the rental car to work in Columbus 3 times and my anxiety and blood pressure were so elevated that I was not able to function. I consequently quit my job because of my new fear of driving on the interstate highway at all. Is this the kind of business we should have in Springfield? Value was fine for what I paid for my 18 inch tires. I had scheduled an appointment for my new tires, alignment, etc. I got to the shop, and they did not have my tires in the store and needed to drive to another location to get them. I was not told this the day prior, so my appointment started later than scheduled. On my appointment day, I was told I would not get an alignment, I would need to show up the next week. Again, it was not something I was told, so by this point, I was irritated. I mentioned this was not able to be done, considering I live out of state. I told them to cancel, and I would go somewhere else. A few minutes later, they mentioned they could do my alignment, but I would need to wait longer. Because of my situation, I waited, so very peeved at this point. My old tires were still good with a decent amount of tred left, so I wanted to take them, and use them as spares for our vehicles as needed. When leaving, I noticed they did not pit them in my vehicle after mentioning it three times. I'll never use this slcompany/store again. It's a huge hassle. read more
