I been a previous customer when jay was there and now he's gone this place is trash I will never ever come back to this place. New manager lost the original contract for me and my ol lady was supposed to be a 6 month same as cash I was in the middle of purchasing a house got my pay offs and told Jay ill be paying them off very soon then when I was going to pay them off he wasn't there anymore. My ol lady went up there to tell them her mechanic said the wheels are really to big for her challenger they refuse to give her smaller tires the manager was saying there a restocking fee of 250$ she had special control arms put on so it didn't rub the tires the whole place is trash and refuse to take any responsibility on any of the bill my wheel size tire size was to big for a standard truck they said spacers will make it not rub they should of known better so I just had it lifted so it wouldn't rub when I turned they should no what can be on any vehicle whats to big or to small read more

They sold me a set of BENT wheels ! I bought 5. I knew something was wrong right away! I let them know. They said it was the tires and or front end work need to be done. I just want to say that I love this place, they take amazing care of me and my car, I have had my wheel hub and studs replaced for free even when it wasn't there fault they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, the staff is amazing I have mostly worked with mrs,Stephanie and she has been amazing she broke down the contract for the rims and tires for me which was amazing no confusion what so ever, and if you get rims and tires I definitely recommend getting the insurance with them I have blown out 2 tires and they have been replaced the next day free you also get free alignment and wheel rotations which is amazing living it st.louis I definitely recommend 100% read more

This has to be the worst tire place in St.Louis. The staff and technicians are so unprofessional. My car hasn't be right since I went there. I saw my car going down Page Ave. The techs are lazy and don't know anything about tires. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. I'm from California and been dealing with my 22' rims and tires for 4yrs,and the techs don't know shit. I had to take my car to Telle tire in Richmond Heights,Mo. Now that was where I should've went at first. I give this place a thumbs down on all levels. I don't think anyone in St.louis goes there. If I could get my money back I would. Tried to purchase a set of tires from this establishment, but got the total runaround. My dad, who is retired, stopped by RNR to get a quote on a set of tires for me because I have a busy work schedule. He was quoted $407 for these tires and was told they had them in stock. I made an appointment for a few days later to have these tires installed. The morning of my appointment date, my dad stopped by RNR again to verify the price and to double check that they still had the tires in stock. He was told the same price and they were, indeed, in stock. So I drove all the way to Alton from St Louis for my appointment. When we got there, we were told a whole different story.. Not only did they not have the tires in stock, the price quote that we were given for $407 had now gone up to nearly $500. I was upset, but was told they would have the tires in stock in 3 days. I decided to go ahead and pay the extra because they were a little cheaper still than some other places. So, when my new appointment day got here, my dad decided to stop by RNR again to make sure they had gotten the tires in stock like they said they would, and wouldn't you know it.. now they said it would be TWO MORE WEEKS before they had my size tires in stock. Needless to say my dad walked out of the store and neither of us will be back. If you enjoy being lied to on multiple occasions, having your time wasted, and being given the runaround, I would highly recommend this place. They entered my payday information incorrectly, then claimed I wasn't making my payment on time. However, after explaining this to them 2x the situation was never corrected causing me to pay late fees and appearing to be a irresponsible payee. I asked the "manager" Joe Barks for my payment information and other pertinent information and was told to refer to my agreement which I didn't have on hand. He got agitated and when I requested to speak with another authority figure as well as get corporate number he stated, we don't have a corporate number and you're speaking with the highest manager. Now mind you the only stable employee they have is Nick, not that I care but I know he was a new employee. Joe, was rude and very disrespectful. I would consider buying tires from another corporation, RNR has to many mishaps and you're stuck with the consequences.
