Phillip from Ladera Design was our third bid. He showed up on time and listened to what we had envisioned for our pool. His bid was well within budget. I can't stress this enough...Phillip really does listen. I told him that I wanted something low maintenance and could withstand the extreme Texas heat. Also, I wanted plants that wouldn't drop leaves throughout the pool adding to a big mess. He picked several Iris and Plumbago Plants to surround my pool. He also installed two very large Texas Sabal palms, three large mediterranean fan palms, and a 7 foot windmill palm. Added several Mountain Laurels along the perimeter. He built the beds surrounding the pool up with additional soil. Added an automatic drip system, LED lighting, weed barrier, and river rock. I can honestly say that Phillip is more than just a Landscaper...this man is an artist! He transformed a boring pool area into our very own resort! I wanted something low maintenance and he listened. Irrigation system on a Hunter automated digital timer. LED lighting tied into the pools remote control. All of this well within budget. He is very easy to work with and cleans meticulously after every work day. Several months later and the landscaping is thriving! A few weeks later the wifey and I decided to use Phillip for our newly built flower beds and sprinkler system. Ladera design installed several plants with river rock, weed barrier, and a surrounding drip irrigation system. Phillip then installed a front and back sprinkler system. Up till now I have lived with dead grass in the summer months for 12 years....I now have green grass thanks to Phillip! When I had questions about the sprinkler system Phillip walked me through every step and took the time out of his day to make sure I was satisfied.
