My family used to take our dog Mylo to Pet Smart because we really liked Ashley's services. She told us that she moved to Road Dawg so we decided to follow her because we really like the way she grooms Mylo. We're being especially careful due to covid-19 so it's good to have a service that will come to you and not have to be around others. Since it had a been a while since we got Mylo groomed, he had a lot of tangles in his fur and wanted to give him a trimmed look. We were so happy with how Mylo's fur turned out. Ok so let me start within was trying to schedule an appointment for Friday after 530pm. She tried to accommodate me but didn't respond back until hours later. Then once we scheduled for Friday I get a text on Friday saying she can't do Friday but can do Saturday which was my original request date. Then Saturday comes and my scheduled appointment time was between 11am-12pm. I get a text around 1130am and I'm told that they are finishing up and will be on their way. 12pm comes around and nothing. I call at 1215 to see what's going on. No answer. I text and get a response that she got caught up talking with a customer. She's now 20 minutes late and tells me she's 25 minutes out. I tell her I have to cancel. She then asks if I want to reschedule for Monday. Really??? Keep this in mind when you are trying to schedule. Not reliable. I wasted my whole Saturday morning waiting. read more

Not sure how or why everyone is saying how professional and timely this grooming service is.. it was not my experience at all. I texted the number as directed on Yelp, sent a picture.. and no response until I followed up two days later. Their response was the earliest would be Monday, I confirmed Monday on a Friday before, and did not get a response until Sunday. Pricing was provided at 10:41PM that Sunday before the appointment time Monday 4:30pm. Did not receive any confirmation so texted if they needed an address on Monday morning.. received a "whoops" kind of text saying that would have been important (right?). An hour before the appointment they asked to move it to Weds at 5pm or can come later at 7pm. I said ok, a little irritated at this point but fine, and says actually I can do 3-4pm weds. Today... 5 mins before 3pm I received a text message saying they will come at 430-530pm. Great for those who have flexible schedules or are home all day. Horrible for us with busy schedules... had to move two meetings for nothing. They sent me another business to go to, guess they're too busy to be considerate.
