I live local to this business. Have been coming here for years now. Calling and making appointments has been great. Have had no issues when dropping off my dogs on appointment day. I would suggest always call back and confirm your appointments as you should with any place. Sometimes it's a little tough to get through the line as their may be one person working and taking calls. My dogs usually stay a long time 4-5 hours but I don't mind I can go whenever their ready so be prepared with your time. One time I almost forgot I dropped them off and i got the call at the end of the day. all good though! Good service, great prices, dogs come out looking great. Be very specific of what you are expecting that way there is no confusion or issues. One time the hair on the tail was too short. oh well it grew back and i was clear the next time. I so wanted to support this business that is in my neighborhood. I called to make an appointment today for my dog. The lady that answered was so darn rude. She kept making little smart comments about my dog being 10 years old. I told her yes he's ten and he is in good health. She kept repeating over and over "oh my gosh, he's ten years old, oh he's old." "Is he in good health?" Yes ma'am he's in good health. ""He's so old, oh my gosh!" Called on Friday to Scheduled an appointment and the lady said it would be better for her to come in on Monday at 2pm. I told her of course no worries. I would get off of work early to take my dog in and that will work. I wanted to support this local business despite the fact that she lost a dog for 4 days... but when I called when I was on my way from work on Monday to drop off my dog, she pretended to have no recollection of our conversation and my dogs appointment. This was slightly frustrating because it was an inconvenience to reschedule due to a lack of unprofessionalism. I will not be going to this groomer and now understand after my own experiences why the reviews are so low. read more

I haven't had issues with her. but i have patience that many people don't really have, i communicate with her and let her know all the things i want. She has always been so understanding. & i know how business works, if ya dog comes in looking like he been homeless expect to pay more, she is good at what she does! Stop being so angry at someone who is CLEANING YOU dog because you (me included) are to lazy to do it yourself. I'll always come here cause I'm mad lazy to wash my own dog. I am almost sure I already wrote a review about this place, but it is not here. Let's do this again then. I took my poodle there for a grooming, and they let her escape. Just like that. They let her loose on the back, and she jumped over the counter when someone opened the door. Since my dog is very athletic and loves to play fetch, as soon as the lady started chasing her, my dog started running. The owner said she got in the car and drove around, and almost caught her on the street, but when the dog went to a dirty road, she stopped the pursuit. She called me and left a message saying there was an emergency. I went straight to the shop to talk to her, and she asked me if there was any specific shelter that she should call. I told her which places to contact (yes, I had to tell her), and started looking for my dog. They didn't help me look for my dog. Sookie is a cute poodle, and I was sure that if the coyotes hadn't had her for dinner, someone else would have found her and brought her home. She is fixed, micro chipped and all, but I was very pessimist about the outcome. Sookie was missing for 4 days when I found her. I was driving home one day, and she was on the intersection of Jurupa and Mission, quite a distance from the pet shop. It took me 30 minutes to convince her that I was not going to hurt her. She was all bruised, and her face had several lacerations. Took her to the vet, and she is fine now. The bottom line is: this is not a good place for your dog. I will not be coming back, and I recommend that you do the same. read more

So I've come to this groomer about 4 times. The first time I wanted the owner to shave Charlie because it was summer time. When I picked him up I wished I would have said not to the skin. Poor Charlie - a Maltese looked like a little rat. I like to keep his hair somewhat short so I came back again the next time and made sure to tell her not too short. It came out the same as last time. The third time I knew what I was in for and did not expect much. I vowed never to come back after that. This time when my boyfriend and I dropped Charlie off I told the owner I did not want him shaved because we were doing a family photo the next day. She told me she would charge me $68 to brush him out and give him a hair cut. Mind you, Charlie is 10lb small Maltese. I told her that was a bit much seeing as the last time I got him groomed he was way way way more matted (he wears sweaters and this causes matting) and they gave him a great hair cut and it was only $60. The owner assured me she would not shave him. When I went to pick Charlie up he was shaved. I told her it was too short and asked her why she shaved him. She said she didn't but clearly.... His hair was about 3cm long!!!! She still charged me $68 I think she only knows how to shave dogs. I seen a few other dogs in there that were completely shaved as well. So disappointed. read more

Very nice job. Was able to take our dogs very quickly after requesting an appointment. They were in bad need of a grooming. Almost did not recognize them. She needed them most of the day but finished earlier than expected. Her fees were $67 for a small dog. This is comparable to a major chain like PETCO but service was better. She asked questions so she would know what treatments to give our dogs. Convenient S. Fontana location. Definitely recommend. If cheaper she would have earned 5-Stars. read more

The service level provided for a possible new client is terrible. The owner didn't even come to counter and asked what I needed. I told her an inquiry on grooming services and costs. She still does not walk to counter. She asks for my dogs information not description or type of dog. Just a vague question with out being at counter. Once I told her I had a husky medium size dog she still from afar says sorry I don't do large dogs. I explained she's smaller than average. She Asked me her weight and then replies with a quick 5lb lower limit. Clearly it's a very small dog and selective grooming service. She should just advertise this way, a good hint I saw all tiny dog clothes and pictures. But as a service provider she has no clear good service rapport with people coming in to business. Mobile grooming is a better way to go. read more

I have been coming here now for two years I have three dogs but only one would get groomed here for the past two years she has done an excellent job with Kareem my Yorkey Shih Tzus hair! It's always clean cut and looks great! The last visit I took my corgi, my chihuahua and my Yorkie my corgi and chi have been to past groomers but they are too far and two expensive for the same jobs that she does. She took such great care of all of them the sanitary cuts were clean and even and she made jade look like a million bucks. The reason I am leaving a review is because how well she took care of jade the yorkie shitzu who in September injured her back and now is weaker in the back legs. She was gentle with her and took her time with her. My dogs are very impressionable and do not like anyone who is mean to them. When I come and pick them up they look calm relaxed and excited never have I felt like my dogs are in danger and will always come here!!! read more

My husband brought our dogs here to have their nails cut. She was terrified of our calm, harmless dogs and couldn't cut their nails without my husband reassuring her the dogs wouldn't hurt her. The dogs were nervous because she was uncomfortable, and my husband had to hold the dogs while she did their nails. She moved their legs in strange position while cutting the nails. Then the lady gave him a hard time about paying with a card. We will not be returning, needless to say. read more

Kim, is very professional . She does quality work. I take both of my dogs with her and my pets like her. My dogs walked to her facility without a leach and wag their tail. I love the kind of work she does . I am surprise her reviews are so low. She always asked me how short I want their hair cut or sometime I just take them for a bath and she is very professional. I have no complains about her professionalism and the quality of her job. more important I appreciate how loving she is to my two fur babies. She gives them treats and they love it . I have taken both of my dogs ( one poodle and one maltipoo) here for the past three years. They normally do a great job at grooming but the last three times there is something I just cannot overlook anymore. My maltipoo Luna is quite active and sometimes fussy with grooming and the last three times we have picked her up she is trembling and acts scared and very unlike her normal self. This time she came back screaming if anyone touched the back of her ear. I know she can be a handful but that is no reason to mistreat my dog, which is what I am certain must have happened. She has been hiding under my bed for 2 days now and has hardly eaten. She is normally always running around and very friendly. DO NOT bring your dogs here because you are putting them at risk of being abused. While this place is local and better priced than other places it is not worth it to put the dogs you love at risk of abuse. read more

Went to this location one time because they had an available walk in and the owner was nice and made my dog feel comfortable and when I found out she dyes dogs ears I asked her the price on them and she had told me 10$ and today I called for an appointment and the owner had an attitude, and when I asked her about dying my dogs ears she told me it was 40$ and when I mentioned that she had told me a different price before she's like "oh yeah it's 20$ per ear" so I took my dog in regardless for a simple shower and a hair cut, but since I have a poodle I made sure to brush her because I know it's extra when their hair is tangled, when I got there she was in a bad mood and she asked me to lift my dog up and charged me for tangles and after leaving my dog she calls me saying my dog has fleas! Which I was appalled because I have one more dog at home and they share beds, play time, everything together and she didn't have fleas. So we had to pay 10$ extra for a treatment my dog didn't need. So finally I go pick up my dog and she looked horrible. The only reason I came here is because she cut my dogs hair beautifully. She definitely lost a customer. read more
