The person who took the time to come into your business deserves your full attention until their transaction is complete. If the phone rings, politely place the caller on hold and finish helping the customer who is already in front of you. This isn't my first visit to HK-KTM, and my previous experiences have been much better, so I'm not going to judge the entire business based on one interaction. I'm chalking this up to a new employee who hasn't yet learned that great customer service starts with taking care of the customer who's standing right in front of you.
