I got quoted for a job from them $230. Dropped off my bike they told me they could get it done probably by the next day. They delayed it for a week, then when I came to pick it up the owner said "it'll be $650 because it took longer than I thought" they had 0 communication about increasing the price when I spoke to them on the phone 4x throughout the week. Owner said "we can remove the work we've done, but we don't have the parts anymore". Wtf. By the way, it was a simple job, front fairing seal and bearings replacement on handle bars. All other shops quoted me $230 but I went with this company because they could get me in sooner than everyone else. Never coming back here. I'm a kickback kind of guy but when something like this happens it's good to let others know the shadiness that happens in the background. read more

Broken Wheel installed my fork seals incorrectly (both were leaking) but later made it right under warranty. I was ready to call it even. Everyone makes mistakes, right? But then Broken Wheel sent me home with loose bolts on the front brake line and fender and a scratched fender (see picture). I discovered this on my way home as I looked down and noticed the loose bolts about to fall off. Glad I made it home alright without all the bolts in place. By the way, I attached the loose bolts after getting home. One needed a nut on the back end, which had been lost at Broken Wheel, but I found a replacement and also used some Lock Tight. It's not that hard. Makes you wonder if a motorcycle shop can't attach a motorcycle fender and brake line, right? read more

I have tried looking for other shops near me but no luck this guys are the best I know in this part of The Valley

If you're someone who is new to motorcycles and looking for a mechanic DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of shops that are friendly and above board but this is not one of them. I called last Tuesday to see if I could get my bike in. It wouldn't start so I thought maybe it was the battery. I asked if they had room to get me in the next day or if I needed to make an appt for a different day, said I thought maybe just a battery and then an oil change. The guy said they could fit me in so we arranged a tow for the next morning. The tow went seamlessly and the driver was nice and promised they'd call me after checking out the issue and would be able to get approval for the repair. I expected a call Wed afternoon but heard nothing so I called on Thursday and the guy said not only had they not looked at it yet but it would be two or three more days before he even looked at it. I asked well why did you say you could get me in today then? and he goes oh I meant we had space for your motorcycle. Well no shit you leave them all outside your shop. So I go all weekend without my bike and wait patiently and nothing. Finally I called yesterday on Wed so it had been a week. I was told oh hes working on it right now. It wasn't the battery. It was a clogged carburetor but we went ahead and did the oil change as well. I asked if it would be done that day and he said yes. Got no call all day. So I called this morning to ask and was told it had been ready the day before. fine. I go there and its $262. Even though I was told on the phone I didn't need a new battery they sure sold me one and they charged everything they could to me including a $5 can of carburetor cleaning spray. The shop is kinda scary like a place you might get murdered in a bad movie. The guy was not nice or friendly but i didn't expect he would be. For me I was annoyed and honestly felt like they took advantage of a newbie. When I took my bike in the back tire was fine. Even if it wasn't fine part of an oil change is checking the tires esp on a bike. Two miles down the road my back tire goes flat. I didn't hit anything let alone anything big enough to go flat that quick. I called the shop to ask if they had checked the tires during the oil change because it had gone flat and they didn't say yes or no but instead it shouldn't have gone flat. well no shit. The guy asked if I wanted a tow back there but I wasn't about to give those jerks any more money and it would probably take them a week before they even started on it. Don't go here, guys. Bought and had rear rim installed. Freak broken bolt on sprocket damaged hub ,sprocket and rim JOHN Stood tall and ordered all new from HD everything to make back exactly as came from factory. All on his Dollars. No doubt he lost Money on this job. Without a second thought he fixed everything better than was. As a shop owner I know things happen. But I know other shops would have tried to figure someway to get me to pay more. John was honest and never questioned anything about money. Honesty & integrity go a long way fellow riders. Update 3/18/20: Sold my V Star and bought a Road King. Had some problems and contacted the shop. They came and towed my bike to the shop that day. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and fixed several other things they noticed all at a reasonable price. I will continue to come back. read more

I don't usually write reviews but this place seems great! I came in to get my front tire changed on my Street Glide, they pulled the bike right in and got started on it. I hung out around the shop and talked about bikes while they worked on my bike. Everyone was friendly and the price was fair. I feel service like that is hard to find anymore! read more

These guys are great! Even though I ride a jap bike they are more than willing to help me every time I have went in there. They have custom made me throttle cables for cheapen than anywhere else. They have also let me dig through their parts bins which is a little daunting. They have TONS of parts. So of your looking for anything go give them a look. read more
