Once Kyle Krudder booked my car trip, the company does not follow through on problems. I was missing the front tow hook cover ($175) on my new car. I have not heard from RRT since I submitted a claim ( that took a while to have happen). Kyle (who does not want to be called a salesman-- didn't he sell me the booking?) had MAJOR attitude this morning, told me off and hung up. He said he had reached out to claims, but he never texted/emailed or called to tell me. He just Ignored my phone call. Also the driver picked up the car on a Monday and said it would be in Florida on Wednesday. We had a flight down for Wednesday, because RR said the car would arrive Thursday or Friday. We had to scramble to change or flight. Once we were in Florida, the driver did not contact us. We waited all Wednesday. He didn't answer his phone, either. Finally, he answered and said he would deliver it Thursday am I asked him to drop the car where all car carriers drop cars for our community. He dropped it in a cvs parking lot instead. I was initially impressed with the response from my inquiry into arranging for my car to be transported from FL. Multiple offers of assistance in my booking my vehicle, great reviews, informative website and personalized service from a Road Runner representative. Prior to my pickup date I was informed several times on email and text that my scheduling was in progress and there was nothing else that I had to do on my end. Two days before the day I had asked for a pickup I still had not heard of any specifics regarding the carrier. I called and was told that they were in the process of finalizing a truck for pickup and that I would be contacted. One day prior to scheduled pickup I called again and was told that I will be contacted. I left two voicemails and an email for the representative that I had worked with to arrange my transport and did not receive a reply. I called and spoke with the "next available" representative and was told that I will be contacted. It is now the day for my pickup and I have heard NOTHING from this disreputable company, no call, no email, no text! I called another company and within 10 minutes had my car scheduled. DO NOT USE ROAD RUNNER IF YOU EXPECT RELIABLE SERVICE. IT IS NOW WORTH ONE STAR read more

although I booked 1 month in advance they never provided a carrier. extremely poor communication. left me without a carrier 24 hours before we were to leave. read more

I'm not sure what is happening with this company. We contracted and paid to have our car shipped for todayand were supposed to get a call yesterday with the time of pickup...no call. We called their 800 number late yesterday afternoon and were told if we didn't get a call in the evening, it would be in the morning once the pickup schedule was set. We have not gotten a call this morning and my husband has left three messages so far. The lack of response is very disturbing. I'm changing my review to three stars. We finally received a call back mid-afternoon. Response time was just too slow, and the explanation we were given about the procedure was not that clear. He picked up my vehicle from Florida to delivered it to Arizona. From start to finish, this experience has been a pleasure. Fair pricing! Honest! Reliable! I too called this co last week received a quote agreed & confirmed by signing their booking confirmation email my car is suppose to be picked up tomorrow however unable to reach anyone left several voice mails both with the rep Jonathan Garcia & office. When my GF relocated from Florida to California for work, needless to say her biggest fear wasn't the new location or the new job, even.
