Three calls all with hold times over an hour to talk to unqualified customer service reps who all tell different stories some still claiming to be a transport service others claiming they are only a broker and pick ups are not guaranteed. Who schedules a pick up and delivery on a gamble the driver might show up? I will say this. The fact you come on here and try to answer to your borderline criminal if not criminal practices speaks volumes about your lack of character. Everyone on here is going to read more reviews and see you are lying through your teeth with your responses. No integrity, no sense of accountability and completely apathetic to how your lies, dishonesty and shady business practices effect other people.
