Bad, just bad! I…read morechose this location because it advertised climate-controlled storage, but my experience was very disappointing. The "climate-controlled" building was above 80°F, which is not what I expected when paying extra to protect my belongings. Another major frustration was the pricing. The introductory rate seemed reasonable, but after moving in, my monthly rent increased substantially. On top of that, they charge over $50 per unit for 24/7 access, which feels excessive. To make matters worse, there isn't even a dumpster available for customers, making it inconvenient to dispose of packing materials or other trash while moving. There also seemed to be very little on-site staff available when assistance was needed. After I completed one of Public Storage's internal customer satisfaction surveys and gave an honest review of my experience, I received a call from management. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told my review was hurting their staff. During that conversation, I was abruptly hung up on, which I found extremely unprofessional. Between the temperatures inside the building, significant price increases, expensive after-hours access fees, lack of basic customer conveniences, limited staff availability, and the way my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend this location.
