We had to wait over 20 minutes waiting for them to locate the car key - despite the fact that we called ahead and were told "we'll bring the car around for you." 20 minutes later, car key is located in the service area. We question why we are being led to the back lot and were told by the employee (his name starts either D) that the car wasn't ready, had to be serviced and wasn't inspected. Now, why would you list the car on the website if it was NOWHERE near ready to be sold. As if this wasn't bad enough ... the car was dead. "D" went to get the jump box. The hood piston was broken SO I HAD TO HOLD THE HOOD OPEN for this employee. What?! How unprofessional could this be?! Jump box was dead. Employee D went to get a bigger jump box and WHILE I HELD THE HOOD OPEN AGAIN, D said the second jump box was not charged. A second employee came out and said "You shouldn't be holding that hood."
