i'm not a fan of car insurance & i usually hate dealing with them!!! The day i got a quote with RoadGuard i went with them & LUCY has helped since day 1. She is the best. AWSOME! Even if i thought insur. was so-so, i'd stay because of her. I'm a single mom, work 6 days a week with clients all day, so i dont have time to talk on phone & my day off is sunday when bussinesses are closed, plus i forget alot of things like if i mail check for insur, & so one...... LUCY has done more then customer service, i would say my personal assistant but she just does insur. She's friendly, understanding, does what she says, explains things well and really does what she can to help you and make sure she fullfilled your needs. I even feel mean when i forgot to call her make. Most importantly she does what she says & she does them fast PLUS i get that she truely cares! my insur. would be cancelled or way higher if i didn't have or i'd even be driving without insur. if she didn't do what she does. I have been with this company for a few years now and I couldn't be happier I have d the same agent Art the whole time and he has seen me through it all and I couldn't be happier with how courteous he is and patient (believe me I like to know my details) over all he and the company gets the job done and at an incredible rate. I was paying with other insurances companies over $215 just for then I went to Road guard and got down to $135!!! I then got my spouse on my policy and she was paying around the same and she got down to around $140. Company went one step further when we combined the accounts and got us out the door at a cool $177 a month. To top it all off we just went ut and got two brand new 2014 Ford SUV an F-150 and we got our whole insurance rate at just $180 a month with uninsured motorist now. Thats a lot of rambling but the savings are still there. Roadguard and Art can believe like many other reviews how much you could save people. So one day I was curious and Google searched "car insurance". Vague, I know! Shortly after I got a million calls from a bunch of places claiming that they could lower my rates. She always works to find me the best rates and is always very friendly over the phone when I call. She is able to quickly and efficiently answer all of my questions and/or concerns and always calls me back if she's on the other line and I leave word. Roadguard gave me the best quotes of all the other major chain companies and I am very happy with them. RoadGuard has been very very good to me. Lianna has been even better. They're one of the rare cases that when you call, you actually get a live person (and I've always been able to get Lianna on the phone quickly). They have beaten the rates that I've had at State Farm, Allstate and a few others. Our insurance was just about up so I was searching for of course cheaper insurance. After my experience with Nick I feel we got so much more. Our new rate is AMAZING to think we have been paying $212 monthly for the last seven years full coverage for two cars! We now have the same except it's 3/4 times cheaper. I could not beleive the quote, in fact I was sure he was lying, but Art was not lying. I got 10 quotes within 2 days and Art was half as much as my best quote. At the end of the day, he gave me exactly the coverage quoted. And I have a bad driving record so I am very impressed. I am saving almost exactly $100 per month or $1200 per year and I will send them all my friends now. Progressive was charging me $234 per month for $2500 deductible full coverage and now I am paying $134 per month and I have $500 deductible coverage. Unbelievable!!! Call and ask for Art. I had called to get a qoute on my sons insurance policy, due my current financial situation it was getting more difficult to continue on paying on two different auto insurance policies. I requested a quote online (big mistake) and was inundated with calls as you can imagine. My previous company Esurance came in with a quote $60/mo. more than I was paying before a traffic ticket. After calling around, my quotes were literally up to a $90/mo. more spread. Nick was great. I was in the process of purchasing a new 2011 Prius and I needed insurance. Even though I had 4 points on my record Nick was able to lower my rate by $50 of what AAA had (the lowest I'd have of the major insurance companies). He lowered my Renters Insurance and Moto Insurance than what I'd been paying through Geico and Metlife. I'm so glad I waited rather than jumped on AAA with everything they were throwing at me.
