The guy working on my car gave me an exact estimate that Monday. Tuesday i didn't hear from them. Called them Wednesday they said it would be done Thursday. Called Thursday they said it would be done Friday. Friday I arrived at 10am to my car still looking the way I left it on Monday, untouched. Not even pulled in their garage, still sitting on the parking lot. The waiting area is uncomfortable. The bathroom is disgusting. Overall, It seemed like the men were granted quicker service. I understand that I had to wait on multiple parts but 95% of the parts arrived Thursday from what I was told. So my question then is; why wasn't my car at least in the garage preparing to be worked on ? The response to my car not being worked on for the hours I was there; "we are waiting on our tow truck". The shop opens at 8am, I arrived at 10am, I arose this question at 1pm. To me it seems like my car would have never been finished if I didn't come investigate for myself. Around 4:40 the guy informs me that while working on the car he found another part that needed to be replaced. Seems like the issue could've been resolved had they been working on my car for the week that it sat but we all know that wasn't the case. Their solution was to leave with my "drivable" car and call back Monday to have the new part ordered. The car was in bad condition, didn't even feel safe driving in it. Fast forward to a few weeks later and I've been in and out of different shops getting the same parts fixed that this place here had claimed to be fixed. My grand total at Sam's 1258, since then I've pretty much paid double to fix whatever they messed up. This place has great reviews and I really wanted to have a great experience but that just wasn't the case for me. Won't be back.

My friend was moving from Missouri to Michigan and was only 3 hours into his road trip when the alternator failed. Red Hawk drove over 40 miles to meet us and had the car back on the road before 4 pm. He replaced the alternator incredibly fast and, while he was there, also spotted and fixed a separate broken ground wire. I paid $50 & $260 for a diagnostic which he never told me a price for it . He now is harassing me and sending me threats due to me saying don't touch my car anymore and I'll be taking it the shop because he couldn't figure out what else was wrong with it and was guessing it could be this , that and the other. When I went to pick my vehicle up I specifically asked the office Manager were all the damaged part replaced with NEW parts & Office Mngr replied " YES, of course"...we walked out onto the repair lot I inspected my vehicle & found 7 areas that were very unprofessionally repaired & 3 parts were old/ reused or improperly installed parts. The Off. Manager agreed my findings were valid/ terrible & should have been new & professionally applied. However, he said the body shop manager & he himself looked over the vehicle before calling me for pick & to pay my insurance deductible. Sadly neither guy did the final inspection or felt the shotty job done would be acceptable to me. I asked the off. manager, are SURE you & the body shop manager looked at my vehicle? He said yes before your arrival but I see he missed alot of details that need attention. I was informed to take the vehicle the Body Shop Mngr will call me to bring my vehicle BACK. I took the vehicle back nearly two weeks later because I left town on business & they didn't have an open appt b4 I left town. Now....its going on another 2 weeks my vehicle has been back in their body shop. The loaner car they provided is old has no USB charging port, no Bluetooth for hands free while driving, the drivers door I have to kick open from the inside because it sticks badly & the tires are so worn the car slips & slides going 35-40 mph. I'm praying they'll rent me a much more safe car from Enterprise Leasing. This has been a terrible experience. SMH!
