Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. While the initial rough-in work was done well, the management and office communication since then has been an absolute disaster. I have been trying for three weeks to get them to finish the final trim and fixture installation: Week 1 & 2: I was repeatedly promised the technician would call me to schedule. I was completely ignored both weeks. Week 3: I finally got them to schedule a day. I received numerous text/email confirmations, took time off to be home, and nobody showed up. When I called for an update, the office admitted they never actually dispatched anyone and failed to tell me. This Week: They rescheduled the original technician for Thursday. On Wednesday, they called to say he had been in an accident and rescheduled him for Friday instead. On Friday morning, they called to cancel again, stating the technician couldn't make it due to the accident. Why did management schedule an injured employee for active field duty without checking his condition, rather than simply sending a different electrician to finish the job? My project is completely stalled, the wires are sitting exposed, and I have paid 100% upfront for labor and fixtures. I asked to speak directly with a manager to settle this, but my request was ignored. I have deep sympathy for the injured technician, but this company's administrative staff is completely incompetent, dishonest about dispatching, and uncommunicative.
