We relied on him to work as a referral agent for us on an engine job; he said he knew the perfect guy. Years of experience. Super reliable, knows what he's doing- blah blah blah. TURNS OUT this guy SCAMMED us for $2500 (right under the small claims threshold, conveniently). Sergio did the diagnostic test for us (receipt shows RSQ Now) and said yup, he'll send it to this guy, we're in GREAT HANDS. Sure enough, we were out of a vehicle for THREE WEEKS GOING ON FOUR and NO engine work! The car was FILTHY and he seemed to have just taken it for a test drive. Luckily, the guy did not do any work to the vehicle- in hindsight, after speaking to other victims, the mechanic had a guilty conscience and would become irate and threaten "cease and desist" letters when we expressed our dissatisfaction, calling him out on his blatant lies. Then when we would threaten court, he would simply say to take him to court and good luck collecting at that point. This is a man with nothing to lose. Not someone you want to trust. In this whole ordeal, not only was Sergio the referral agent, but once shit hit the fan he became super strange with us and gave us the cold shoulder. Yes- I understand from a liability standpoint he didn't take on a contractual obligation of the job, BUT, HE WAS THE REFERRAL AGENT. SO PLEASE- get your battery replaced and go on with your day!!!! For anything legit, find a real mechanic NOT associated with this guy/business. TLDR: An outside mechanic Sergio is working with as a referral agent has scammed myself and many other people, following a trend of miscommunication and blatant fraud. When things are good- Sergio is an awesome communicator. When things go tragically bad- good luck getting a response from this guy.

Well, last night Friday, June, 10th 2023 we were taking the van out to grab dinner. It was my first ride in the van. I am medically disabled and on oxygen 24/7. So one of the main reasons we got such a nice vehicle was the stability of getting me places in comfort. We weren't but about a mile from home, going through a little construction, when we had a duel blowout on the right side. We got the van to the Circle K on the corner but we had no idea what to do then. It's Friday at 7 pm in central Phoenix. We have two 20" low-profile flat tires, our dog is with us and I was on my last tank of oxygen. We tried calling 3 local tire shops but none could come and help us. I called two different tow trucks but one said no and the other was going to take a couple hours. Needless to say, we tried many different ideas to get the tires fixed. We were just going to give up and get an Uber or Lyft home, even though I hated the idea of leaving our brand-new van in the Circle K parking lot overnight. Right then I came across Zonum Roadside assistance. Lux answered the phone after the second ring and I swear it felt like I was the main character in a movie. I explained the situation to him and he understood how nervous I was about running out of oxygen. He told me they could be to me in 20 mins. They would pop off and check both tires. If they needed work, they would drive back to their shop and fix or mount new tires. Then return to us within 45 minutes. We had called several places with no help and here Lux is telling me he would have the van fixed in almost less than an hour. That is less time than we had spent trying to get help in the first place. Not only that but the price was probably half of what I would have had to pay to get it towed to a shop. Well, not only did they get it done, but they did it faster than they claimed. I still had half a tank of oxygen when they were done. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. I tipped each guy $20 and paid the bill with my account. Like I said, I felt like the lead in a movie. Besides a small ding in the back right rim, you can't even tell anything happened. We will be saving their contact for any future mechanic work that we might require. I CAN NOT give them a high review. They deserve to get a full 5 stars , extremely friendly, professional, and at an incredibly reasonable if not cheap price. If you read this whole review and are still unsure.
