Lying price gaugers!! Pic attached to show the price they claim they charge dont let them charge u more in these situations

Unprofessional, rude and nasty attitude. Lied about my 2022 Acura TL, saying my car wasn't not registered in my name, tags were dead, my hotel pass was not visible and nowhere in the car but when I got my car, I showed her the pass and she ignored me. Said she took pictures and was going to show me but she didn't show me any pictures. I spend right at $400 to get my car out of recovery. When i asked for a refund because it was towed illegally she ignored me. Told me to take her to small claims court with an attitude stating she always win. Just unproffesional and full of lies. Funny how when you speak to them they don't know all the answers, give wrong info and then when you call back they don't remember what they told you. Or act like they didn't say that. Gave one price and charged another. Customer service was super rude both on the phone and in person. They asked for 2 forms of valid ID one being a library card or a work badge??? Make it make sense. oh and they never checked my registration so anyone could have come and gave info on my car and picked it up... like how are they still in business? read more

This place has it all - PREDATORY TOWING, abysmal customer service, and an owner who bullies and lies! After towing our properly and legally parked car from our neighborhood citing "no decal", the tow company changed its story to "the decal was not visible" then changed it again to the car blocking the sidewalk (there is no sidewalk as our car was parked on a parking pad). The tow company then alluded that we lied and placed the decal on the car after arriving at the lot to pick it up, even though the owner provided photos of the decal on the vehicle to us before we ever arrived. The changing narratives, misinformation and unprofessionalism is a liability for any company wanting to partner with this poor excuse of a towing "business". The owner herself will harass you on the phone when you try to ask questions, lie and make up narratives that are easily proven false by her own documentation, and does not follow proper protocol for towing a car - our tow was never called into the police, even though she stated it was, she confused us with another owner multiple times even going so far as to threaten legal action for "failure to pay" because of her willful ignorance she could not, would not understand we were not the owner she was looking for, and finally her story of the tow and reasons for towing changed every time confronted by authorities. When trying to communicate with the owner of this business, we were yelled at and bullied before she hung up on on us. When we finally did reach her on the phone via text (apparently she is less abusive via text), she had more lies about us being the owners of another car they towed. Even more lies were told in her responses to formal rebuttal documents to formal complaints we filed with the Attorney General's Office and BBB as to the setting of the tow, the reason for the tow, and our behavior at pick up.. It is sad to see such a poor excuse of a "business" tarnish the hard work of other tow companies that actively help maintain order and aid those with impaired cars. To hire this company is to roll the dice on a lawsuit down the line from their errors and poor business practices. So do not have anything to do with company. The company and its owner are just a horrific nightmare. read more

It won't let me respond to her review. This was never about race. She didn't know what race I was until I showed up. This once again shows the lack of professionalism & why the lady on the phone needs to be removed. I admitted my son was wrong & paid the fees. It is advertised as a 24 hour service so I called tonight for help and got voicemail follwed by a text saying "I'll call you back". After waiting and no call back I decided to call the number that texted me to only get a message stating that "ALL Impound lots are closed Call them after 9am To set an Appointment time for Sunday releases". No help at all. No question as to why I was even calling. I had to get help elsewhere. Don't even waste your time. ​Call someone else. read more

My car was towed from a housing community for parking in a visiting parking space without a pass visible in my window. I was charged $75 towing and $50 for storage. Ok whatever but they also charged me $225 for "illegal park impound." They also claimed if I needed to pick up that day it was an additional $75 charge. Then if I paid with a credit card it would be a $100 fee. This has to be illegal and this place needs to be shut down. read more

My car was involved in a hit and run. My car's computers shut it down on a bridge, in the heat, with no where for me to go while the driver who hit me covered his license plate and left the scene. Car was towed by Roadside - that's who NCHP called - and numerous items were missing when I finally retrieved it. Missing? My dead sister's license plate which I was planning to turn in. My 2024 sticker tag to MY license plate - don't know how they removed it. Four small plastic backseat covers for attaching a child seat. A set of wheel locks specific to the vehicle. If you have a choice regarding towing, please consider someone else. read more

Awful, shady towing company! Avoid this business at all cost! Our car was involved in a major accident and had to be towed. They were the company dispatched to tow it. When I called the next day to ask whether we could go take our belongings out of our car, they said they charged $150 to allow car owners to pick up their own belongings out of their cars. When a car is insured, as ours was, they make the insurance company pay first before allowing the owners to take their stuff. This is beyond unethical. read more

Called for an obviously unexpected and necessary tow, earlier tonight. I gave the specific address of where I needed the vehicle picked up and dropped off. I was quoted $100 even. That sounded unusual to me so I double checked and asked the woman on the phone "are you sure it's $100 even".... or is that a rough estimate? She said it's $100 even and that a driver would be there shortly. The driver came 2 hours later!!! He told me that he had to take a police officer call first.... what I don't understand is why no one notified me. I had to call him. He also let me know over the phone that she gave me the wrong price and that it would be $170! I was livid for obvious reasons. I could get over the fact that he had to take the police call but to get no notification and then to be told completely wrong on the price?!?! I let him know I wasn't happy and wouldn't be leaving a good review. I understood his part and didn't blame him but really.... how hard is it to have decent and honest customer service?!?!?!
