I dropped my truck off the following Monday before work and was able to pick it by the end of the week. That evening, the manager called and said he wasn't certain about the transmission but was very sure the water pump was shot and so was the idler pulley bearing. I agreed and they replaced both on the following day. She runs like a top now and the transmission is fine. I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!
