I'd rate this business 10 stars if I could. The real measure of any repair shop is how they handle a mistake by one of their techs. Not only did they own up to the mistake, they also did over $700 worth of work to fix it at their own expense. Not once did they try to hide it or minimize it or blame me. It is refreshing. The lobby is very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean too. If you look into the shop area you'll see it is well kept and organized. All of these things are strong indicators of a well run service business. The service managers (Mike and Josh) are both friendly and helpful. They both remembered my name on the second visit. You won't get that icky feeling of "am I being ripped off" dealing with them. They are straight forward and honest. I'm 100% confident my wife or daughter could take their vehicle there and get the same quote I would. They won't try to rip you off. I'm a lifetime customer now. I know my Jeep is in good hands. I had at least four places look at my jeep, two were independent Auto repairs and two were jeep dealerships. Nobody could re-create the problem or figure out what was going on with my jeep, maybe from pure laziness,didn't wanna deal with suspension issue or an extended warranty. I went on Facebook and a few fellow Jeepers recommended Just Jeeps. I called and spoke to Mike and he sent me up with an appointment. Mike was great on the phone, he explained everything to me and took the time to hear what my complaint was, I never felt rushed on the phone call. My appointment was on November 19. I went in everybody was awesome, and again they took the time to listen to my concerns and before the day was over with, they had a detailed report with pictures sent to me. Luckily, I have an extended warranty so Mike was awesome with getting that to go through very quickly. I had my jeep back in less than 3 days. The facility was clean, they had coffee, little waiting area. I absolutely will be back to have them do future repairs on my jeep and highly recommend them to anybody. Honestly, I wish I would've known about them sooner because it would've saved me countless hours, down jeep time, and aggravation trying to get for others to figure out my death wobble. Excellent place. Good crew. Nice people. Brought my 86' CJ7 in for a-lot of service and they were fast and efficient. They can do it all from steering to carburetors, fuel injection - the lot. I needed a mechanic to diagnose some weird noises my car was making. The people at JJ&more fixed it right up. My car was ready exactly when they said it would be and I haven't had to return it since. However, they suggested an oil change even though I had just had one a few hundred miles before. I had originally taken my jeep to just jeeps and more for and oil and coolant leak. The drop off process was extremely easy through their early morning and late night drop off. The following morning after i had dropped it off late the night before, I got a text message from them stating that they had received my vehicle and were going to start inspection soon. A few hours later, I got a link sent to me, that stated what was wrong with the oil leak what was wrong with the coolant leak, as well as some other things that they would recommend fixing. The things they recommended me to fix, I had no idea needed to be fixed, but they included pictures and videos to help verify what needed to be fixed. In the text message, they also included a name, that way when you called you knew who to talk to. Some of the things I needed to replace, I didn't know what they were, and they walked me through everything. They explained everything to me, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. they truly take pride in the work, and don't force any recommendations on you. The customer service is a 10/5 stars. The service done too my jeep is a 10/5 stars. The handling and driving experience like i have now, I have never experienced in a lifted jeep with 34's. They will forever work on any vehicle I own. I'll be taking my Hyundai there soon as well as they also offer MORE then jeep. Thank you to the guys at Just jeeps and MORE. I went in expecting to get a diagnostic for an oil leak and an electrical issue for my 2016 Wrangler. They told me what the cost was for labor per hour but what they failed to inform me was they would charge and hour of labor for each concern I would write down. I'm not stupid but I am a younger female who doesn't know a lot about cars. I feel like I rushed the process of understanding what they were going to do with my car and that I was misinformed by the shop manager. Inevitably I had to pay $300 for the 3 concerns (one of which I said the thermostat was bad, I already new it was bad so I don't think it needed to be checked again. PLUS it does not take an hour to plug in a reader to tell you what the check engine light means). I told them the thermostat was bad and needed to be replaced. He asked me, "what concerns do you have" not what do you want us to take a look at?" Which I think using a specific choice of words is unfair to me because I didn't know the correct questions to ask. They were nice about everything but I felt preyed upon by the way I was handled. 10 points for nice. 0 points for informing me before I handed my keys over. read more

Dr. Marty's Car Care in Lenoir city saves my cousin $6500 in repair costs. My cousin took his jeep Rubicon to Just Jeeps and More in Knoxville. I had listened to the engine running before he took it there and it sounded pretty good. It showed some codes on my scanner saying it had some timing issues but the engine still ran good so nothing major. He takes it to Just Jeeps and More and they tell him it needs a new engine to the tune of about $8300. I go to that shop and have them start it up for me so I can hear what they are taking about. The engine sound fine, starts right up and no weird noises. I tell my cousin to just go there and pick up his jeep which he does. They still charge him $215 for doing pretty much nothing. I take the jeep to Dr. Marty's. He does a diagnosis for free and from what he sees on his scanner the engine is running about 8 degrees out of time. He thinks the timing chain may have jumped some teeth. Two weeks later the jeep is fixed and running perfect (no more codes) for the total price of $1691. Both timing chains, timing chain guides and chain tensioners had to be replaced and while he was in there he replaced the oil pump chain also. This is a big job just to get to these parts let alone replace them so his price was very fair and a far cry from the $8300 that Just Jeeps and More wanted to replace the engine that didn't need replacing. Dr. Marty's is a shop you can trust. You might have to be patient until he gets to your car but it will be well worth it. read more

I am posting on behalf of my girlfriend who said she was treated unfairly during a visit at Just Jeeps & More for routine maintenance and with a concern she had regarding a Check Engine light. If you specialize in Jeeps, maybe you should stick with that and don't recommend something on imports you know nothing about. The Check Engine light was a EVAP code, it just needed a gas-cap, NOT 02 Sensors, smoke-test and Cat. Converters. Beware when going to this place, especially if you're a woman. read more

Worst place I've ever taken a vehicle. Instead of letting me know that what they were "fixing" wasn't the problem, they let me pay 600$ only to tell me after that it wasn't the problem. Not only that but lied straight to my face and told me that he could not hear the knocking noise in the engine over the exhaust yet myself and everyone else there could hear it over twenty feet away. On top of it all, they lost my keys and couldn't be less helpful. Worst experience I've ever had and now I'm screwed out of $600 and my vehicle is running worse than before. Huge mistake. This is a response to Dan C. from Just Jeeps. I would like to reiterate that the vehicle was taken in for a diagnosis. Period. I FULLY understood that they ONLY do engine changes, however, what I was told was that there was metal through the whole engine from a confirmed bearing failure. This Jeep has been FULLY repaired and is running FINE. Had your diagnosis been correct (and had your staff FULLY diagnosed my engine) you wouldn't be receiving bad reviews. I looked at the engine when it was disassembled and it looked FANTASTIC for an engine with 105,000 miles on it. The cross hatching was still slightly visible in the cylinders. The crank looked great with almost NO wear. The only metal in the oil was the piece of piston laying the in the oil pan that was discovered in under 30 minutes by the garage that bought the jeep. Dan, I am sure that you guys are great at remove and replace. My whole review, here and in SEVERAL other places, simply is to alert the public that you DON'T diagnose, you do the minimum work to determine what MAY be the problem, make a conclusion whether well founded or not, and then make an estimate that is as conservative for you as possible. I fully understood what work you did going in, the problem is that I TRUSTED you to make a correct diagnosis on my vehicle and you gave me a knee jerk. My TRUST of you cost me a Jeep. Nothing you did cost me the Jeep, only what you didn't do. I think that you should read ALL of the reviews about your company and stop concentrating on mine. Clean up your business, do a better job in diagnosis up front and people will like you and return to you for repairs big and small. However, as long as you do a 5 minute check and then keep piling on repairs (reference the other reviews here), you will keep getting bad reviews. read more
