I went in because my phone wasn't working and they were swift to fix the problem .The people there were amazing would come back again

Found this place by Google Map search and/or Yelp as I didn't want to take my phone to Verizon (why I'm not sure now). A couple months later, fairly sure that wasn't the better decision. To be fair, I messed up my HTC10 somehow; I think moderately wet hands cause my screen to start not registering touches in vertical bar patterns. After dealing with this for a few months and it not getting any better, I thought maybe just the screen needed to be replaced. Again, to be fair it's possible more needed to be replaced. So I went in and asked about a screen replacement and noted my general problem. I was more led down the line of how much my phone was still worth almost as if to say if I wanted to sell it, though ultimately noting that it was worth repairing. I put down the first half of the cost and came back a couple days later after the part was ordered online from a random supplier of phone parts. An hour or so later I came back with my phone all put back together, paid the rest of the cost and went on my way. Over the next day or so the "new" screen started to have some dead spots and continually got worse over the next few months until now where it's pretty much useless. Again, it's possible something else in the screen was damaged and a new screen just put a band-aid on it. However, I don't believe it was well repaired as over the last couple of months when a spot or section went bad, some good jiggling or tapping of the phone would get it working again. As well, even from the start, the "home" button in the bottom center was not well placed back in and was offset from where it should be. Also noticed I was fairly easily able to slide in a business card or thin paper between the screen and metal body to try to reseat the "home" button. So, the repair didn't come back looking like new and to me wasn't a good quality repair. It might be more of my issue, but I struggled to stop by this place with the way the hours are set and ran out of my 14 days from repair to take it back in at no cost (at least according to the receipt). I called once in there and left a message only to never have it returned, I could have been more persistent, but I don't have time for that. I only give a 2nd star here as at least the work is done in house and with decent looking equipment. Maybe it was just that I had an off phone (I think HTC10s aren't too popular) so if you've got an iPhone or an easier repair it'll work for you. But for me, it didn't work and I don't think the quality of the work was very good. read more

These guys work magic. My phone locked me out. It asked for a password after years of never using a password with it. Every 4-digit password I've ever used did not work. I was doomed until my husband suggested I go here. The main man there was able to get into my phone and make it so I could too in less than 45 mins. Warning to all who will listen - make sure your data is being backed up to the cloud. I thought mine was, but it wasn't. So I lost most of it, as a result of my phone going bonkers. I took in a new phone I was having a frustrating issue with. Had tried tech support at Samsung, Google and my provider with no luck. This great place fixed it in about 10 minutes. I am so grateful I can now use my phone the way I want to! Will never go anywhere else. read more

This place was PHENOMENAL. Saved my phone. I was traveling all the way from Las Vegas and didn't think I would find a legit phone repair service in this small town, but the owner & employees here were extremely professional, honest, and with prices that can't be beat for the quality. My phone screen was literally hanging by glue, & they installed a brand new screen that makes the phone look good as new. Definitely reccomend this place. read more

I visited this place in early April. My i phone 7 had crashed and wasn't working at all!!. So i went there and buddy(the repair man) did his very best to try and figure out what was wrong,but it ended up being an internal problem. He offered to call apple,so they could send me a new phone and or fix it.They knew exactly what to say to Apple customer service,when they tried to get around without helping us but he was very straight forward and direct and didn't take any mess with the representative and they sent me a new phone.I received the phone this morning,and i went straight to them after i got off work so they could activate my new i phone 7 (BY THE WAY APPLE SENT ME A BRAND NEW I PHONE 7 WITH NO FEES) and of course when we tried to activate it,sprint customer service tried to come up with excuses so they couldn't help us and to try and get out of doing their job because they were lazy!. But again,they were straight forward with customer service and we were able to activate it.They know the system,and they know phone services and they know how to fix your problems with whatever device you have. If they don't know how to fix it they will do whatever else they can to help you. this is by far the best place in Roanoke! THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE WAS AWESOME!! read more
