I had a terrible experience at Roanoke Ford. I spoke with Jordan Lane last night and told him I was planning to come in this morning to purchase a vehicle. I went through the trouble of getting a check from my bank and made the 45-minute drive, only to find out the car had been sold as I arrived. On top of that, I then had to turn around and drive another 45 minutes back home--making the entire trip a complete waste of an hour and a half. I even texted Jordan beforehand and asked him to let me know if they were going to sell the car so I didn't waste my time--but I received no response. When I got there, they also mentioned the side mirror on the car was broken and needed to be replaced--something that was never disclosed in the listing or mentioned ahead of time. To make things worse, they tried to show me other cars with double the mileage or way outside of the price range I originally came in for. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort. If I had the option to 0 rate stars I would. If you're looking for a dealership that respects your time and keeps their word, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Great people from start to finish. We had called about a vehicle we wanted to see as we were 2 hours out. They had it ready and answered all questions when we arrived. Test drive and and purchase was about 2 hours I think. We will be back. read more

Long of short my truck was totaled, found the truck I wanted at Roanoke Ford, it's a solid 2.5 hour drive from my home. I asked them to deliver. I purchased the new Tremor!!! Amazing btw!!! They were fair on the price, Chris the finance manager was a man of his word found me a stellar rate, didn't try to bump up any points on the apr. From the time I spoke with Nate in sales 9am ish my truck was delivered before 2:04 ( myself and foreman bet the time) I said 2:17.... I lost. Bottom line didn't have to go through the typical nonsense with buying a vehicle. It was a spectacular experience!!! read more

I attempted to purchase a 2019 Ford Expedition from this dealership. I was on the phone with their people all day long talking over all the details (financing, services, test drive, etc.) After working everything out, I went to the bank to secure a loan I contacted them and told them I'd be coming from 2.5hrs away to purchase the car. I asked to have it ready for sale. They insisted nothing was wrong with the vehicle and that it was a great deal. An hour before purchasing the vehicle I get a call telling me the car is making noises and it needs a new turbo. He said "don't worry we'll make it like new". I have an older car that has needed a lot of maintenance and Roanoke Ford has done a great job of getting the jobs done! Other dealerships in the past have given me loaner vehicles that are 10 years old and feel like they're going to fall apart on the interstate, but not Roanoke Ford.
