This place is the perfect spot to satisfy your drink cravings. Not only is the coffee made to order and delivers every time but theres more to choose from such as out-of-this world cheesecake. Hot and fresh kolaches, and wake me up energy drinks like their lotus. Best coffee shop in corpus by far. First I wish I had a picture but the Barry white was my go to add raspberry. The staff and environment atmosphere and coffee were 10/10 my only request is that they were open before us blue collar people had to be at work because it would have been a daily for me vs a Sunday delicacy. I really enjoy roasted! It's difficult to find coffee in Corpus that isn't a sugar shack and has good espresso. It's even harder to find a place like that with a drive through- and roasted has good coffee & a drive through! The workers are sweet, it's quick, reasonably priced, and yummy. Oh man the coffee is delicious! This is a must try while you're in Corpus! There's even a drive thru! I only docked a star bc the service is snail slow. The girls working the were nice but this is definitely a boutique coffee shop that isn't in a rush to get you in and out. We had the Ewok & Dutch Treat. Both were amazing! read more

This place used to be a favorite but has definitely gone down in quality recently. I've gone two separate times recently and ordered something I've seen them advertise multiple times on their social media. Both looked delicious with chocolate drizzle, chocolate chips, etc. & this is what I got (one was supposed to their grasshopper frappe & other one was supposed to be java chip frappe). When I told the barista it looks nothing like the social media pictures, he told me it was because they were out of a lot of the ingredients. I came here for the vegan options, which weren't particularly diverse. There was a single vegan cupcake in the dessert case, so that was going to be mine. If I could get the attention of the two women at the counter. When I said I just wanted a cupcake, one of them said she'd be right back. I was the only person in "line," mind you. For about 10 minutes, I stood awkwardly waiting while one woman appeared to be filling an order from the drive through window and the other served and chatted with a table of young men. The pace of service was, let's say, a drag. I eventually got my cupcake, but the hostess seemed disappointed when I said I didn't want anything else. I could have gotten some coffee with CBD added, as I'm pretty sure everyone in the building already had a shot or two this morning, based on their lethargic demeanor. The menu didn't have any other vegan options, although it did list almond milk and lemonade. How was the cupcake? It looked like it had been sitting out for a day or two. The cake was dry, but the frosting was good. Would I come here again? Probably not. You'd think a hippie stoner place would be much more vegan friendly. read more

Coffee was pretty good and they have oat milk, yay! But tbh, hold the GERMS! There was an employee standing behind the barista just coughing and hacking with no mask. I couldn't bring myself to drink my latte. I don't know how anyone in this current climate could think that's ok to be at work handling food/drinks with an obvious sickness/infection. the coffee was absolutely amazing but I must say the customer service could use some work. We told them when we walked in that it was our first time and the employee pointed to a QR code on the counter. I told her I had looked over the menu before coming in but I had a few questions. She wouldn't take my quesitons. I finally just told her what I wanted and she made it. It was delicious but I doubt we'll be back. They weren't even busy (we were only customers in the shop at 9 AM on a Sunday) but we were made to feel like we were bothering her. read more

Man, this place is cool. The guys behind the bar are super nice and helpful. I always get a regular latte when first visiting a new shop. If I don't like the latte, I usually don't come back. Wow! This tucked-away little coffee shop is absolutely amazing!!! It's a tiny place with limited seating, but has such a cool vibe. There was a little wall with a mural of the planets that I thought was really cute. The pastries look amazing and I'll be trying one next time. The baristas were super friendly and the one who helped me recommended an awesome drink. I wanted the Berry White, but they didn't have white chocolate so I asked for a recommendation. She recommended a Dirty Cold Shoulder with soy milk and it is amazing! It's a dirty chai and has notes of cinnamon and is so perfectly spicy and creamy. It also perked me right up which is exactly what I needed. I'll definitely be back for more. HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

Omg I can't believe I just found out about this coffee shop. The coffee itself is very rich and does not taste watered down like other coffee shops. There are so many flavors to choose from and the staff are extremely sweet about making you the coffee that you'll love. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte extra sweetened which was the perfect amount of sweetness since they make their coffees with less sugar in general. My friend got the espresso base with coconut and cinnamon (made by an employee) which was AMAZING. overall, I will definitely be coming back for more. Took off one star because I wish there were more/ bigger tables available! read more

My wife and I decided to find a local mom-and-pop to replace our late night coffee runs, so we came in for the first time and I asked if the peanut butter chocolate base had gluten/wheat. The barista told me "oh yes everything here has gluten, we're not a vegan or vegetarian place so the only thing you can have is the cold brew but it has to be with almond milk and you can have the gluten free cupcake." As she's saying this she's throwing her hands up in the air and looking at me as if I just asked for Grey Poupon for my Hooks hotdog. I replied, "are you sure you can't check because that doesn't make sense, you're saying I can't even have regular milk either because it has wheat in it." She replied, "I don't know I just make coffee." So I left her with a little knowledge that milk doesn't have gluten in it and that we'll have to leave. Way to make new loyal customers! You know, people like me don't think NOT eating gluten is cool or trendy, it's a newly developed dietary requirement, and while I'm not going to die from cross contamination or even direct intake, the side effects are worthwhile to avoid. And believe it or not in 26 years of coffee drinking, a majority of coffees, milks, syrups, and powders don't have gluten, and I've managed to stay alive. Additionally, it doesn't take much effort to read the label on a package in the back of the store instead of making it clear you have no intention of accommodating me, or giving a damn, especially when we're the only ones in the store and you're planning to remain open for another hour. Perhaps they've reached their full growth and have no desire for new customers. Or maybe, based on the vibe I got, she literally didn't give a damn. My husband wrote the review but doesn't have an account. I wanted to add that he was encouraged to try this coffee shop when he saw what appeared to be a veteran wearing a NineLine Apparel shirt and thought maybe he ran the place and that maybe he found a new place to hang out. read more

This place is definitely a hidden gem! I've ordered their London fog tea with almond milk hot and it tastes great. Roasted also makes a quiet and small place to work and study at (also, it's 10% off your purchase when you show them your Student ID!). They also play lo-fi hip hop in their store, which is perfect for studying! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks, products, and food. I've seen that they also cater to vegan-friendly and gluten-free diets with a variety of pastries. I will be a returning customer! read more

I have never been disappointed with anything I've gotten UPDATE 5/19/20: I LOVE this coffee shop still, but I am very disappointed in what I experienced yesterday. I was behind ONE car in the drive through and I sat in line for 19 minutes and stayed in the exact same spot. I finally pulled out of the driveway and left. I ordered the iced latte with caramel and oat milk, it was delicious! My boyfriend ordered a hot latte with vanilla and we enjoyed it! The coffee was very smooth and wasn't too strong nor too sweet with the syrups. The service was good and quick. Definitely coming back to try more! read more

My partner had pork schnitzel, spaetzal and sauerkraut. The snitzel seemed ok though tepid . The serving size though was somewhat smaller than what their online pic showed but my wife said that she didn't need anything bigger . My wife said the spaetzal was good though I tasted it and thought it seemed warmed up. The oddest thing is that the sauerkraut was mixed up with mashed potatoes. The texture was weird and it was missing the tanginess of sauerkraut and , again, tasted warmed up. Is this a way to "stretch" sauerkraut of all things? The problem is they just started dinner service I guess in the last two weeks according to our server . On top of all this it was exorbitantly priced . Whereas I might visit during breakfast, I may not fit dinner for a while to where they can build a better experience. The waitress was very nice and accommodating.

Today I tried a new coffee shop called Roasted. First of all I had 2 different coffees chocolate bomb and Caramel macchiato, delicious and perfectly brewed. I went back and had a cold brew and a chicken salad wrap absolutely delicious. I had to say the owner has the right idea. It's a new shop and I was truly impressed with the service I received. There is something to be said about old fashioned customer service. In a time were its fast paced and people are just a number. I was not rushed out. I will be back because the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. This is the perfect meeting place for lunch. What a great new place! The coffee food and pastries are great..Really friendly staff. I have checked out most of the coffee shops in Corpus but the coffee they were serving was awesome. I was there when someone from one of the coffee shops in town stopped by and was saying how good the coffee was and asking where they got their coffee beans from. This is by far the best Coffee Shop in South Texas. The atmosphere is great, the employees are friendly and energetic. Great place to go and study or even to get some work done. Great date night dessert place, The pastries are to diiiieeee for!!!!! The Churro Cheesecake is my favorite They also serve sandwiches and wraps that are amazing also. My boyfriend and I LOVE LOVE this coffee shop! We have been to all the coffee shops in Portland and corpus and none of those coffees flavors and taste come close to Roasted. It is so cute and the workers are very sweet love them all. I go everyday after work or when I'm off. They also have vegan cupcakes that are BOMB! And vegan pizza. Stopped by today after visiting the range next door and was pleasantly supprised. We had tried a couple other coffee shops while we were visiting Corpus and had not been very impressed. A very sweet girl behind the bar made a delicious mocha which was not bitter and very creamy. It has a nice quiet atmosphere with a small selection of pastries. We will be visiting again before heading home. read more

This has been my go-to coffee stop since they opened a few months ago. They serve the best latte in town and have very friendly staff. It can be a little warm inside but its a small price to pay for such good coffee. I got the chipotle steak wrap last time I was in and it was very good also. read more

Tried it this morning. I don't live here just visiting and I really wanted a Mexican mocha. They don't have it on the menu but the baristas accepted the challenge and said they could do it.
