Thank you, Rob, for your excellent job of transferring my family's VHS videos from the early 80's to digital! The quality was better than expected, and the turnaround time was incredible! I requested to have him to convert 8mm video over to DVD. He did this in a timely manner but was overpriced. In the midst of getting the DVD back, I could not get it to play on my blue ray. In the mean time our family received news that my sister had terminal cancer and not long to live. So I contacted him with the news of my sister and asked if he could put the DVD he had done for me on usb or in the cloud so our family thought it would cheer my sister up to see these old dvds of our family when our Mama was still alive. He was very "noncaring" about my sister's illness and said there was no other way he could produce the video for us to watch and said "bye". No condolences, no trying to help at all. He has a lot to learn of compassion and customer service. I wil not use him again nor will I refer anyone to him. read more

Please see my photos so you can see the very nice job that Tris did. I was in town to attend CrimeCon and I wanted a mani/pedi because I was going to be wearing a pretty, open-toed shoe by Katy Perry! Yes, that KP. She has a shoe line on HSN. So, I did hot pink for my toes, and an almost clear, with a hint of pink for my manicure. Altho, that polish in the bottle looked like a light lavender color, it was a light sheer color, and that was what I wanted. And on day 5, my nails still looked great. Everyone at Nail TRIX was very nice. A friendly group who know what they are doing. And care about the job they do. And, last but not least, I saw that there were plenty of repeat customers.
