They make them on the spot and you get it warm with the center slightly gooey. It's nothing short of amazing. I ate mine and most of another one my friend didn't want to finish (not that she didn't love it - she's trying to stay away from sugar). Everyone was happy with their purchases and I was especially happy with my cream puff with the Bavian cream. The surrounding cake was light and airy and the cream was delicious; not quite whipped cream (like American version) but like a combination of whipped cream and vanilla custard. The filling was very light and the entire pastry did not leave any heavy feeling at all. The 2 chocolate pastries were consumed without complaints.
