Service Dept. I'm way past getting this review out but said we are a year out and still can't say enough positive anout the Manhattan Ks aerobe dept. Had a 2014 Ram eco diesel with an engine replacement and warranty issue. Took some time but those guys worked hard to get resolved and mechanics were quick once they got green light. Will never buy a truck from them again!! Owned truck for 3 weeks and has been in the shop for last 2 months getting work on and now the extended warranty they sold me does not cover the work the shop did to the truck to make it run and have dragged their feet just to tell me that!! Was told the owner would be calling me to tell me how we were moving forward but continued to get the run around. I did extensive online searching for a newer vehicle, and was so happy when I went in person to try out a gently used Jeep. Cory e-mailed with me before I actually went to Robbins, and was very responsive to all of my endless questions. After a test drive of several vehicles at several dealerships, I returned to Robbins and bought my Jeep. The whole process was very smooth and professional. must read review for all service member that are serving this great country my daughter have taken her Jeep JK to get some work done and check engine light and the first time was told that the codes was not active and had to wait for it to be a active code the light came back one month later and brought to the dealer and was told to bring it back to read the codes and do some test so they said that they found a code P2138-ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR 1/2 CORRELATION also they said that the reason why this code is coming due to a pedal command that is install wish is been in the Jeep for 6 years and also i have one in my Jeep JL and never i have had any problems i talk to the services manager Eddie and he was not able to explain why the code was acting up and also did not try to remove the pedal commander and try to see if the code will come back so at this time i feel like they do not have a clue what they are talking about and do not want to fix it properly by the way i am a master tech for a Jeep dealer down and Florida and i have work with this pedal commander for many years i recommend to all my Jeep customer also to all service member to find a better place to have your car work on that can fix it correctly the first time read more

Do not do any business here!! The company is under new management. Clay Robbins personally lied to my sister about a car he sold to her. The car was returned to him as a LemonCar and he just resold the thing!! I know so as he tried to get her to sign a release after the fact saying he sold her a LemonCar. The document even says the car is a LemonCar!! We tried to work out a deal to return the car. Mr. Robbins personally said no deal. Probably have to sue this crook to get anything. read more

I have bought many cars from Schram since 1985 and have always been very happy -- these were friends and trusted people --by name. Then it sold to Robbins, an out of town non-entity -- I was not happy. I've bought several times since the sale (cars are my hobby). The deals haven't changed, and the only reason is that Brady Sauder (GM) is top notch and trusted by me. I was suspicious of buying from a Wichita-area outfit (new owner) -- still very unhappy that it's not a local owner (Wichita is distant and definitely not local and not welcome) -- but Brady makes it right every time. I recently bought a used truck and Brady took care of every defect with great loyalty. My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Robbins. I noticed the first day that it had a hard time shifting gears. We took it to their shop the next week for a check over and they said nothing was wrong with it. Three months later the owner, Clay Robbins, sent me a form to sign and return. The form stated that the previous owner had traded it in due to the same issues we were having. We were not informed of this prior to purchasing the car. We contacted Clay asking to return the car and he refused. We took the car to another mechanic and it turns out the transmission is faulty. We have filed a complaint with the Kansas Attorney Generals Office and are contacting a lawyer. Clay has continued to call us demanding we sign the form and even tried to bribe us with $1,000 cash to sign it. When we refused he said, then sue me already! All we wanted was a nice family vehicle that got good gas mileage and we ended up with a lemon car and a horrible experience. I would never recommend Robbins Motor to anyone! read more
