Came back with car, was told the service would take only a few hours, they double checked my number and shuttled me home. 10 minutes before close, I called to check and they told me the car had been ready for a while but as it was almost closing time I'd have to pick it up the next day. Explained that I had never received a call, the person on the phone did not know how long it been ready. I explained that I work the next 3 days, 12 hour hospital shifts. Person on the phone made no effort to assist me. I will now be having to walk an hour to work and back until I can pick my car up in 3 days due to my work schedule. I felt left out of the loop and treated like I was dumb for asking questions.

Same week it wouldn't start. It was cold so didn't think a lot of it because it did start later that day. This cycle repeats itself for the next couple of weeks until it wouldn't start at all!! Against my better judgement, my husband had it towed back to Briggs and after they made a few "guesses" they settled on it "being gelled up" (eco diesel). That was yesterday and $1200 later, we got it back. Hubs went out to start it this afternoon and guess what?? The damn thing won't start!! Wouldn't you know it, at 2 o'clock on a Saturday and there's nobody there that can answer the phone from the service department. This place has always been a joke I swore we'd never go back but here we are! They obviously have absolutely no experience with diesel.
