She called them because she had used them in the past. 2 very nice young men showed up, took the cover off, unplugged the winterized pieces, put the drain plugs in and assembled the little salt water unit and the motor. Dumped around 5 gallons of algaecide and a gallon of shock in record time and left with no further instructions! Never questioned or looked into the filter itself. Next day pool filter running, immediately big change from the green opened pool. That's where everything became a question???? $400! No next step! Where do we go from here? Good luck your on your own!! Week later, I've since brought the water level down so it will skim the surface, water still aqua color. Now I start reading about the filter and processes etc. I shut everything down, looked at the inside of the filter-filthy, I cleaned it 100% fired it back up with new DE powder, pressure is now lower and stable. I bring a water sample to another pool company (Hunters Wallingford) they test and "walk thru" the steps 1-2-3, now we're cooking! Would not recommend this company!! Hope you have better luck then my daughter did NEVER GOIN BACK!!!!!!

I knew this place because last year my water would not clear and when I took water to this store Mary was so nice and helpful and she did not charge me for testing water and I purchased only what was needed and sure enough crystal clear water within a day. I sent them a message about the filter at 6:00am and before they even opened Mark let me know he could stop by and check out my filter that morning. He text me back saying it was not a big deal and he fixed it with no worries. He is also going to try and connect with me and show me some tips. I am beyond impressed with such great customer service, helpful, nice and just genuine. I wish all businesses ran like this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU WOULD BE FOOLISH NOT TO CALL THEM FIRST :)

Deans was unable to tell the difference between a repair and buildup. I've also contacted Travis Industries the maker of the stove. To let them know about the experience I had with Dean's stove and spa. No customer should have to go through predatory selling tactics that deans uses. People are Travis Industries picked up the phone and at least took the time to listen. They asked for an e-mail and pictures and all of those have been sent off. Time will tell to see if anything happens. Lopi I did get back to me. So that's good. I've been not been waiting for over a week for my refund. I guess it's up to you whether or not you do business with them if you do good luck.
