Ray came out and installed our pool and did a good job but when it came to following up on leaks and service it has been a nightmare. Robco opened our pool this year and didn't fix all the issues and it took 6 weeks of calling to get them to finally come (and some frustration on our part). We had to keep filling our pool with water during that period because of this leak. We left messages daily with Ed who always promised Ray would be right out but it never happened. We also were told that we would be getting a credit for our pool stairs which did not happen either. When we asked about the credit we were promised for our ladder Ray's response was "I have been working 6 to 7 days a week and I am not going to argue with you because it will not end well!" Rendered speechless after that threat we decided to let it go. I am very disappointed in my experience with this company and will not be ever using them again. I warn those who will us Robco Pools that Ray will promise the world but will not deliver. It is a shame they don't either stop taking on new business that they can't handle and make their current customers happy or hire some more help to deliver on the good service they promise.

I knew this place because last year my water would not clear and when I took water to this store Mary was so nice and helpful and she did not charge me for testing water and I purchased only what was needed and sure enough crystal clear water within a day. I sent them a message about the filter at 6:00am and before they even opened Mark let me know he could stop by and check out my filter that morning. He text me back saying it was not a big deal and he fixed it with no worries. He is also going to try and connect with me and show me some tips. I am beyond impressed with such great customer service, helpful, nice and just genuine. I wish all businesses ran like this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU WOULD BE FOOLISH NOT TO CALL THEM FIRST :)

Deans was unable to tell the difference between a repair and buildup. I've also contacted Travis Industries the maker of the stove. To let them know about the experience I had with Dean's stove and spa. No customer should have to go through predatory selling tactics that deans uses. People are Travis Industries picked up the phone and at least took the time to listen. They asked for an e-mail and pictures and all of those have been sent off. Time will tell to see if anything happens. Lopi I did get back to me. So that's good. I've been not been waiting for over a week for my refund.
