However recently I had to deal with the parts department on a very simple part . Was told the part was being ordered and I would be contacted when it was available. Over the past month and a half. I left two messages regarding this and never received a call back. Finally got a hold of the parts department and was told that the part was discontinued and that's why I never got a call. To me that is not acceptable customer service. On top of that the person I spoke to in the parts department was extremely rude and condescending.
