Dr Iannce is the only person I would trust with such serious surgery! He has done a 1 other implants before for me AND is the only one who knows how to do it gently. Armed with patience and an able bodied team (Kaitlyn; Joanna; Maria & others ), I was comforted and escorted to a chair where a machine took special ex-rays of my entire mouth. Remarks were made as to the status of some other teeth AND ...I was informed that a temporary bridge' would be ordered to replace the crown. I felt confident and fully trust Dr Iannace! He's an amazing, methodical and wholistic periodontist. He is though and attentive to my concerns and needs. He's reassuring and eases my anxiety and fear. He is very caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and ethical. He had a very pragmatic and thoughtful recommendation, and described well pros and cons of different approaches to my issue. We also worked on a cost estimate, which was very helpful as some of procedures are not fully covered by insurance. I trust his opinion wholeheartedly, and he is one of the few professionals I met who will really look out for you. It is not easy these days, in my experience, to find an excellent professional who does not upsell/ recommend expensive procedures you don't really need. Dr. Scheweiss is that rare find!

When scheduling, I made it very clear that I would need nitrous due to dental anxiety. After arriving, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to finally be told by the receptionist--without any empathy--that I couldn't have nitrous because they had "used the last of the oxygen." This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you experience dental anxiety and rely on accommodations like nitrous, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office does not seem equipped to handle those needs with the care or consideration they require.

He and the staff there are great, I had some pain yesterday morning and they were able to squeeze me in(they weren't open yet but they have the phones set up to there mobiles which is really great!), they had me in and out for a root canal in less than an hour, and it didn't hurt at all! he was very good with talking to me and letting me know what was going on, and answered all the questions I had, I strongly recommend them! Oh yeah, Tia rocks too, i'd be in trouble if I didn't mention that. I'm not scared to go to the dentist now, and I'm happy to have found a place with good people.

They checked my dental insurance before I got to the office and knew my policy did not cover the x-ray they needed and never contacted me to tell me beforehand and expected me to come out of pocket over $200 the same day. 3. When one of the ladies from the front desk came into the room to explain my policy to me, I asked her why no one called me to inform and I was not given an answer. It was just very matter of fact and not apologetic at all. I would suggest going somewhere else where the staff treats you better.
