The staff were incredible in getting me in that same day to be seen. Dr. Chae was great about explaining the entire process and answering any questions I had. I elected to be sedated because I am a big wimp... I'm also very claustrophobic and have a severe gag reflex. Dr. Chae was extremely smooth about starting the IV as I don't even recall feeling a pinch (definitely better than the nurses I've experienced in the past). 25 minutes later I was waking up with my wisdom tooth removed and very minimal discomfort! Dr. Chae called me later that evening to check in on me and to ensure I had picked up my prescriptions from the pharmacy. I thought that was the sweetest thing! There is no doubt in my mind that I feel he truly cared for me as if I was a close friend or family member. A genuine doctor with staff who were extremely nice and accommodating...
