They were able to do almost all of the work in the Fall, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. They noted they'd need to come out in the spring to install the ground cover, as it wouldn't survive being planted in the cold. As spring sprung, Greenlawn did not contact me. I reached out on April 2 and began a ridiculous game of back and forth until they "completed" the work on May 25. At one point, I was told they were "extremely busy" right now. Considering I paid for this work last Fall, this isn't exactly my problem. The completed work was terrible and it was suggested that "[my] expectation of filling in the entire bed was not realistic." It was not my expectation! The whole project was designed by Greenlawn! I've had to finish the work myself so that the beautiful yard isn't ruined by a terrible finish to this project. Doug seems like a great design consultant and clearly knows his stuff. We couldn't be happier with the brick work and our new lawn, but the absurdly bad service and work to complete the project has left an incredibly bad impression. I wish I could recommend working with this company, but I definitely cannot.

A couple of weeks later we got a call saying they'd have to move the service date. The day before the service date I spent all day trying to get in touch to find out if the service would still be happening, only to find out that it wouldn't. We were offered a refund or an amount off of the service but at that point I no longer believed the service would happen at all, so we went with the refund. A month later-still no refund. We paid via Zelle and I've had to file a police report as well as a claim with my bank to try to recover funds. So NOT do business with this super shady company
