I attempted to correct it in a different salon, ZEBA, which was no better. The hair was burned entirely in an attempt to correct what Jade did. The hair broke off from the root, and now I have shaved hair and regrowing it from zero. Disgraceful incompetence, taking 300 euros for destroying your hair, and testing your hair without any sense of responsibility.

My stylist Rachel was so friendly and really listened to what I had in mind. She gave plenty of advise as well. The place itself has three floors, and they also do beauty treatments etc. Everyone who works there seems to really enjoy their job and the atmosphere was buzzy and happy and relaxed at the same time. I've been getting my hair cut with Deirdre for about 3 years. I don't get my hair cut very often,…read moremaybe 3 times a year at most, mostly because I can't decide on one hairstyle and am forever growing it thinking I want it long then heading to the hairdresser for a right chop. Deirdre has been great in styling my hair to my needs. I decided to go natural for a few months and stop straightening my hair, she cut it for wavy and the odd straight day. She has also not been shy to advise me against certain styles and suggest others. She listens to me in the consultation and is the only hairdresser (bar one of her stylists) I have come across who actually listens to me and does what I want. Now, she is on the pricey side, €50 for a cut, which I didn't think was that bad, but friends tell me that they wouldn't pay that much. I find that the styles she has given me, though, grow out quite well and therefore I don't need to go back for months on end. My mum uses this service every 8 weeks or so for a cut and colour. My sister also goes to Deridre for a cut, only about as often as me (4 months-ish) and we have all found ourselves going back to this salon with a greater loyalty than to any other.

She curled my hair badly before checking the cut. I went into this salon with a little stlye left in my hair. When I left, somehow I had no stlye left at all. It's hard to believe possible. But I ended up with the blandest hair cut I've ever had. As for the colour, well it didn't cover any grey hair I had showing. So now, I have to go to an other hairdressers, to get a style put back in my boring hair and get a colour to cover the strands of grey hair. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend this hairdresser and be very aware of the deals you get on City Deals, cause in the end, it's not a deal at all....
