Over 90 minutes fudging numbers and circle jerking. I walked in, immediately, the old-fashioned sales pitch was in rare form, easily recognizable, and sad. I was greeted, educated somewhat on the two vehicles I came in to see, told the salesman exactly what I had to spend out of pocket, and to run numbers for me. Oh, let the games begin. Amateurs. It's said that ignorance is bliss, and if anyone left here a happy customer, I rest my case. Sadly, truly sadly, this was old school "moving numbers around". The first presentation was predictable. Three different lease numbers with three different down payments. Then the "where do you want to be", and " I want to earn your business, what can I do?" "I want to make you happy; I want you to come back in three years", on and on. Ugh! It's as if I walked in and didn't say, this is how much I have out of pocket, blah blah blah, fast talking nonsense. The may have seen the movie "Suckers" more than once. I'm going to stop now because I can write so much more about their antics, so I'll leave you with this. When they grow up and realize that there are some of us that understand numbers, they may earn another star, until then, buyer beware, they're going to make maximum profit on you, shake your hand and be your friend, and as you drive off the lot with a big smile and that "great deal" you think you got, they will sleep well that night, business as usual, another group of suckers will be back tomorrow.

Here's the kicker, we live in Brooklyn! That's right, we drive over an hour each way to get there and back. We obviously have closer Hyundai dealerships to us but we see no reason to switch. Advantage is well run, very clean, and always genuinely friendly. Not in the sales kind of way. There's an asian market next door that we usually run over to forLLP a snack at while we wait for maintenance/checkups on our car. The last two cars we went with we were helped through the process by Henry. We appreciated his approach so much that we actually requested him this last time. Not to say that the other members of the sales team aren't great. We just hit it off with Henry. He's a no nonsense, straight shooting kind of guy. Never felt like he was trying to up sell us on a different car or higher trim. We will no doubt be returning here when it's time for us to get new cars!

That was acceptable since I needed the part due yto coroded socket in Taillight. So Fine. +$20.00 ok. BUT when I went to pay for this Part which was $97. and change on my credit card they charged me a 3% service charge to use my credit card. OUTRAGEOUS! To charge a customer to use a credit card to purchase a product from you is sick. Merchant credit card fees from banks is part of doing business. At that time, I also requested that a NYS Inspection be done on my vehicle during this routine service visit. Not until I got home did I realize that the inspection of my vehicle was mistakenly not done. After this was brought to the attention of the new Service Manager, Richard Hines, he immediately went well above and beyond my expectations in attempting to rectify the innocent error in failing to inspect my vehicle, by offering to pick up my vehicle at my home and leave me a loaner vehicle until which time the inspection is completed......then returning my vehicle back to me at home while picking up the loaner....The offer made by Richard in rectifying the situation is a clear indication of his committed effort in providing the most exceptional of service to the customers have come to expect from Grand Prix Subaru....Such an effort should not only be recognized , but should be highly commended......Thank you , Richard......

    STAY AWAY LOL I…read morecanceled a warranty on my vehicle (that was pushed by Adam Frania), and the refund was processed back in Jan. However, months later, the dealership has still not applied the refund to my loan account. When I contacted the warranty company, they confirmed that the claim is closed and that the dealership has already received the funds. Communication has been terrible. I've had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, and even then, I've either been ignored or given vague responses with no real resolution. Antonio Salamone literally has no idea what's going on. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves a customer's finances. A reputable dealership should handle something like this promptly and transparently. If you're considering doing business here, I highly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers and handle transactions properly--this is not one of them. This was my first time purchasing a car and I 100% feel that they had taken advantage of me because of that. They did not explain the process out to me nor did they contact me AT ALL. Good Luck.

I went to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ready to lease a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. I had already researched pricing, incentives and my trade value, and I made it clear from the beginning that I had a packed schedule. The first deal wasn't even close, so I thanked everyone and left. Later that day, I got a call saying the GM had approved a much better deal. I was asked to leave a $500 refundable deposit to hold everything for 72 hours, so I agreed. After checking my trade and calling my insurance company, the entire conversation changed. Suddenly I was told the deal needed to happen that night because of month-end timing, even though I had been told the deposit would protect the deal. I even offered to come back that evening, sign the paperwork and return another day to pick up the truck. My calls and texts weren't returned, I drove back to the dealership anyway, and then I was told the truck couldn't be obtained that night. Before leaving, I was promised a call the next day after they checked on the truck and incentives. That call never came. I eventually had to call them myself. To be fair, my deposit was refunded immediately, and I want to give the salesperson credit. He was polite, respectful and never tried to push me into a truck I didn't want. I don't believe he was the issue. My frustration is with the process. Every time I thought we had everything figured out, something changed. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like the goalposts just kept moving. I walked in ready to lease a truck and left wondering why buying a vehicle had to be so much more complicated than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication because I think it would make a big difference for future customers.
