My 3rd bmw from Rallye Bmw. Took delivery of my X6 recently. Gabriel Hale was my salesmen. Gave me an outstanding price on the vehicle. Daniel in finance got me in and out quickly. Michael Corssen (assistant manager) James D'agostino (sales manager) are absolute gentleman. Whole process was seamless. They make you feel welcome. IMO tire rim platinum package is mandatory, which I was informed is refundable if you don't use it. NY roads are horrible so it gives you peace of mind. Paintless dent removal is also included in the platinum package and a few other things. Considering prices of rims, tires, plus door dents it's worth it. read more

Negative Review: I brought my car to Rallye BMW on April 23 for an oil change and to address an outstanding recall. Since I still had about a month left on my current inspection, I asked them to complete that as well. What a huge mistake. The experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. It took them a full week to even let me know the car was "ready." The only communication I received was a text from Tracey Bolden on the morning of April 30 asking, "Mr. Cruz, are you picking up your car today?" I picked it up, paid the inspection fee, and drove home -- only to discover that the inspection had been failed due to window tint and a bubble on one of my tires. This was especially infuriating because: * They performed my inspection last year with the exact same window tint and passed it. * The service team already knew about both the tint and the tire issue before starting the inspection. At minimum, someone should have called me to say the inspection couldn't be completed due to these problems. A simple heads-up would have let me take the car elsewhere while I still had time left on my current sticker. Instead, they stayed silent, I paid $37 for a failed inspection, and I was left scrambling. While $37 isn't a huge amount of money, the complete lack of communication and basic customer care has destroyed my trust in Rallye BMW. With less than a year left on my lease, I will never return for service, and I will absolutely not be leasing or buying my next vehicle from them. I expected far better from a BMW dealership. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I'll be sharing this experience widely so other customers know what kind of service to actually expect. read more

Extremely disappointed with the service at Rallye BMW Westbury. They kept my car for over two weeks, refused to work with my warranty/insurance, and cost me over $2,200 out of pocket. I was given a questionable explanation that repairing an oil sensor caused a hood latch sensor to malfunction, which did not make sense. After the repair, new warning lights appeared that were not there before, and the hood latch alarm could not even be fixed by their team. I had to drive the car with the alarm going off and take it elsewhere to get it resolved. This experience felt unprofessional and careless. The practice of dishonesty does not stop after the sale. It continues on to the dealership's real money maker, the service department. After apparently running over "snow", I lost power steering and chassis control. Rallye took me the same day and gave me a loaner car. I was sure, because this was a dealership, that the repair was going to be costly. I did not expect a $15,000 estimate. As always, they send you a video of everything they see about the car. Things like tire tread depth, curb rash, etc. I brought it there because of the issue I previously described. The second video hit my text, and the problem was diagnosed. I spoke to the service manager and I said, "what if you just fix the issue that I brought the car in for?" Much better, that was only $8,100 Big "nope" on that. I cannot fit on this page the 17 items they listed to arrive at this price. Next day, I brought back the courtesy loaner, and paid $325.00 for the diagnosis, and drove my broken car to a local Foreign and Domestic repair facility in Farmingdale, who had 4.5 stars on Google. What a find! I dropped off my car at 9am, he called me at 11 am, and I picked up the car at lunch time. The car is back to normal, everything is fully functional, he explained to me how he would repair the issue, and I paid $509 with tax. If anyone still loves to bring their car to the dealership because you believe that "they know the car"...ok, a lot of people "know the car", but with all the smiles, and free coffee they have a single goal, and that is to make money for the dealership. P.S., almost forgot. Service Manager suggested that I put the $15,000 through my auto insurance as a claim. Amazing! read more

I had one of the worst and most dishonest experiences of my life with Rallye BMW. I leased my first BMW from them in 2020 and kept the car for over 3 years. During that time, I referred multiple people to this dealership because I genuinely trusted them. When my lease was ending, I had excess mileage. I went back to the SAME dealer and was completely transparent. I asked them very clearly: "What is the best way for me to get out of this situation without paying thousands in over-mileage?" I was even willing to return the car, switch to a cheaper brand, or buy out the BMW if that made more financial sense. Instead, the salesperson told me I could trade the car in for a smaller, cheaper vehicle, pay a little more monthly, and I would NOT be responsible for any over-mileage charges. That was a lie. One month later, I received an $8,000 bill for over-mileage. I immediately went back to the dealership, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me there was "nothing they could do" and even worse -- they told me if I don't pay it, it will never be reported to my credit. That was another lie. My credit score dropped nearly 100 points because of this. When I escalated this to management and the higher team at this location, the best they could do was hand me a $2,000 check, which doesn't even come close to the damage they caused financially or to my credit. And to make things worse, the car they put me into during this whole process was a filthy, smelly, poorly maintained used vehicle. If I had known I would still be responsible for the $8,000 mileage bill, I would have NEVER traded my BMW in for that disgusting car. They misled me, gave me false information, damaged my credit, and then acted like it wasn't their problem. I trusted this dealership. I referred people here. And this is how they treated me. After visiting a different BMW dealership this past Saturday that didn't have the car I was looking for in stock, I decided to call Rallye and ask if there were any in stock and available for a test drive. I spoke to a kind rep who advised me to come in. When arriving at the Rallye BMW, I was asked if I made an appointment and the rep ended up not booking an appointment but Bert made accommodations for me to test drive the car I was interested it. (Highly recommend calling and making an appointment on - especially on the weekends to ensure no miscommunication!) Bert was wonderful throughout the process. He was beyond knowledgeable about the car, the BMW brand and the whole leasing experience. I was on the fence between another brand and was open to consideration to BMW prior to my interaction with Bert and the driving experience. After sitting down with Bert, he explained the different options of leasing with clear communication throughout. I came in for service appointment today that was scheduled last month with a loaner vehicle while my repairs were completed. i drove from brooklyn all the way to westbury to then be told they were out of loaner vehicles. The lack of communication is appalling. I would not have come all this way had I known and would have had no issue rescheduling for a future date. First and last time coming here. Took my '24 BMW for a simple alignment after getting new tires. Waited 3 hours, longer than I should have since the advisor was in a meeting. Finally got the paperwork, paid, and was about to leave when I read it, saying they were unable to complete the alignment because both driver and passenger tie rods were seized, with a repair of $2500. Would be nice if Tracy, the service advisor, mentioned anything about this to me. After complaining they agreed to warranty the work, since tie rods should last upwards of 100k miles (my vehicle has 24k). Received a loaner which wreaked of cigarettes and air freshener. Had to wash my jacket after being in there. Went to pickup car on Saturday and was told they have no information in the system regarding my vehicle. Could not provide all the paperwork. Finally sorted out and got my car back. It is not aligned. When the wheel is straight it pulls to the right. Unbelievable. Complaining to BMW corporate tomorrow and will have to go to a different place for a proper alignment. Had a similarly poor experience with Rallye Mercedes last month and ending up buying a Mercedes elsewhere. read more

So I'm gonna start with the fact that I'm very surprised I ended up writing this review (and that's why I gave 2 stars and not 1).. Since I bought my 2018 X6M to this moment (I'm still the original owner) I didn't have any complaint and I was very happy.. So my story starts at my last visit at the dealer 43k miles) before the factory warranty expires.. I went through the stuff I needed to be fixed (small stuff) but there was one thing that wasn't small at all.. I had a knocking sound when shifting gears while pressing slightly the gas (especially in traffic..).. So I mentioned it to the service advisor and I told him I'm very concerned about it because there is no light on.. just the sound.. other than that the car drives good.. So after they checked the car the service advisor told me that the mechanic checked it and THE CAR IS OK! He also mentioned that "the car is driving normally and if it was a problem a light would light on.. and if there is no light there is nothing they can fix even if they want to.." but they changed the TRANSMISSION fluid (they diagnosed it's a transmission issue) So I left unhappy with the answer I got but they are the experts.. I only asked to still put the symptoms on the papers so I'll have a record of it in case something happens.. Long story short I took my car to another BMW specialist at 60k miles (only 10k above warranty!) with the same symptoms (which never went away) and still NO LIGHT ON and he told me there is a problem with the TRANSFER CASE (6.5k part only!) and he saw it right away when he put the car on the lift.. So I went back to rally to pull the records and talk to them, explaining them the mechanic made a diagnosis mistake and I wanted them to take responsibility for their mistake.. They test drove the car and confirmed the transfer case is not functioning properly but they didn't want to fix it even though car it's exactly the same symptoms, they know that back at 43k miles they never catch any issue with the transfer case and yet Chris, the manager told me "nicely" that the car is out of warranty now and basically it's my fault I believed his staff and never came back for the same issue (so now I'm supposed to go and get second opinion like I have the time and energy for that).. What a shame.. This is not how you treat a costumer let alone a costumer who spent 6 figures on a car and soon will buy a new one again.. What a shame Rally BMW.. I didn't expect this from you.. The worst BMW dealer in the tri state area. Had my $150,000 i7 repaired for $10,000 of damage. Car took over a month to repair. When complete they stated at checkout that payment would only be via a bank check. This, despite a giant sign saying they accept American Express cards in their lobby. When I pointed that out they said "only up to $2,500"--despite it not saying that anywhere and despite them taking a $15,000 deposit for the same car on my American Express. I offered up a number of solutions--none of which they would accept. Finally, I had to spend 90 mins sending a wire to their back office and for their finance people to "find it" to get my car. This rallye bmw is just a straight up scam. I set up an appointment to just get an oil change, coolant flush, 1 air filter to be replaced and have my 2 front windshield wipers replaced. When I first arrived the worker only told me the price of the parts and nothing at all at how much the manual labor costs would be,I get that it may vary depending on certain aspects of what they are working on for the car and how long it takes but I was just absolutely appalled at how much they charged me for everything. they charged me $900 alone for just manual labor. The bill came out to almost $1300, mind you when I booked the appointment through the bmw app it said the wiper blades were $0 and than they charged me $100 for both blades. I tried calling the next day because I didn't want to make a scene in front of other customers. When I got in touch with the workers I asked if I could get any sort of credit or maybe even just a free oil change the next time I come in and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. When I arrived they told me it would be $300.00(w/ tax)just to run a diagnostic test(basically plugging in scanner to car to read check engine codes). On our lease agreement, we were charged $610 for license fees when our state doesn't charge more than $100. When we received a refund check for $165 and asked for the math (since October), we were met with little to no response. The math just doesn't math. Either explain to us how you spent $445 to register our vehicle or refund us and that's that. Baffles me how we contacted three people, one of whom is the general sales manager, cannot give us an answer. Also charged a $185 "other" fee but that's a different issue in itself. read more

Original: Just had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with the service department. Had an issue with a front bumper sensor on my 2023 X5 and they did everything possible to weasel out of fixing it under warranty (never actually even tried to make a warranty claim despite me insisting). Ultimately there was no damage, parts replace, or fixed but still found a way to charge $1k+ for just labor. They came up with 10 different non sense theories on why it was my fault despite having no evidence of any actual damage anywhere on the car. I took my car in for an oil change. My son picked up the car for me. When he got home, he picked up the invoice that was left on the passenger seat and saw there was a plastic piece from the headlight under the invoice. I called the service department and the individual who answered the phone said "oh just pop it back in. That piece sometimes just pops out." I found that extremely odd that a 60k car would have piece that "just pops out," but I told my son to do as the person advised. My son said he couldn't just pop the piece in because it was broken. Clearly upset, I called the service department back to tell them the plastic piece was broken. The same individual said I had to speak to my assigned agent but she left for the weekend and offered no additional help. I demanded to speak to someone else who could help because this was not something I was going to put on hold. The individual transferred me to the department manager and I left a message. The manager called me back and told me that they broke the piece lifting the car and that they already placed the order for the replacement. He admitted to me that someone should have informed me and the car should never have left the service center. On Monday, I called the GM and explained the situation and he said he would look into it further and call me back, which he did not. The service manager called about 10 minutes after I got off with the GM. I told him how I was Extremely upset at the way this situation was handled and that after paying $236 for an oil change (and unnecessary wheel alignment) that I should be compensated. He asked me what type of compensation I was looking for. He said we are going to fix the car and give a free detail. Your employees damaged my car, leave the broken piece under an invoice on the passenger seat, don't notify me if the incident, allow the car to leave the service center and you think fixing what you broke and a car wash is how you compensate a first time (and definitely last time) client? This review is related to the handling of loaner vehicles. I understand the company handling this for Rallye is BDC. I purchased my X3 SUV and expect at least another SUV as a loaner as a 30 year BMW owner. Instead the last two visits I received a 2 series sedan. This is completely unacceptable. There is a reason I don't drive a sedan. I feel safer in the SUV and yesterday it started to snow so I was really nervous. I was told it's "first come, first served". This was not the case yesterday as a gentleman picking up a loaner same time as me got an X7 SUV. I asked why, the answer was "we can only do what "upstairs management" tells us." The system should change and at least a reservation for either a sedan or SUV should be allowed. Past years, BMW always put you in a better model then you had to try it out. This is what prompted me over the years to upgrade from a 3 series to a 5 series to then finally and SUV. Poor loaner customer service!! read more

Have been getting our car serviced at Rallye for many years.. The experience had always been a top class luxury experience, with top technicians and knowledgeable customer focus service agents, and a crisp back office admin staff and overall good vibe......The key word HAD. The Rallye service experience has gone severely down hill. The experience is comparable to a rent a car pick up experience.or a low end car dealership in its operation, not physical look which looks nice from the outside, thus deceiving in whats to come. The process to make an appointment takes holding on the phone far too long to start with. Bringing in your car once you do have an appointment at a set time means nothing. The line of cars and slowness to get processed now takes an additional 20-30;minutes before it even goes into the shop. Once inside do not expect a response for atleast 5-6;hours even if your car came in at 7 am.; even if its for a simple oil change. Forget about a loaner unless you are able to wait 2 weeks from when you first scheduled. The service agents now treat customers like on an assembly line, and seem apparently unhappy with their work by their brusk attitude. This is very apparent for those who have been going there for years and experienced how it was. .If that is not bad enough, the technicians are suspect. Having experienced twice service fixes that needed re repair shortly after initial fixes were made and having to haggle again on the charge which after discussion they reneged.. I would have no trust in them for anything major-- which will happen eventually if you have owned BMW,s In summary I would find another dealer for the service end.. Their glitzy advertising is false as well as bragging of some service awards. Who votes? and what a joke! . Did a simple oil change and over all a check of the car. When I pick up my car he tells everything is good and hands me the key. Pay my bill and leave. As I leave their facility and drive a quarter mile my check engine light comes on. I call back and the answer I get don't worry most probably after a few miles or next day when u turn your car back on it will reset itself. Never did! Brought the car back a few days later and he calls me tell me some work needs to be done to the car and it is &2,200. What! First I'm told all good when leaving and than I'm told you need address this issue and by the away $2,200. They are crooks. They damage the part in my car just to come back for a major car repair. You said to call Chris Blanco and I did, said the wheel was repaired and denied my claim for a new rim. I BROUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR AND NOT A REFURBISHED CAR... nothing but aggrevation and unprofessional. I did not even mention the tech also cause a cut into the tires, nicked the caliper and damaged my center cap.
