One of my orders were not delivered, my mother in law has been home all day and never received these flowers, I also made an arrangement deliverers to my mother and she received hers on her door step when she wasn't home, I am very disappointed and would like a refund, this is ridiculous. I should not have the idea something will be delivered all day because of a confirmation email sent and not have it delivered. Had I know you guys would not fulfill this order I would have been able to purchase flowers my self but when I called in the lady said it would be delivered before 7 PM TODAY . I always look forward in doing business with Roberts Florist. I've been going there for years now and Robert and his staff have always come through which is why I don't go anywhere else. I recently made an order for my 20 year wedding anniversary that required Robert to make a few phone calls. I was in need of purple Tulips for an arrangement, but it turns out they are not easy to come by in January. Long story short, he was able to locate a bundle, they arrived to his shop in time to prepare the arrangement as I had imagined, including having the arrangement ready first thing in the morning. WOW!! These are the most BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS I have received! I have not heard of this florist in my town but I will use them for sure! The flowers were so beautiful. First time using this florist, and surely the last. How can you charge someone for an order and when the customer tries to pick it up, you tell him that it was accidentally shipped out or given to another customer (couldn't even tell me exactly what happened)? Understandably, the busiest day of the season (VDAY) would set up some delays, but what they did to me is NO EXCUSE. I wasn't told until I was ready to pick up. I showed up to my date empty handed. To top it off, they expected me to show up to pickup my cash refund, rather than just credit my card back. Really upsetting. And the "minimum wage" driver has the nerve to be a smartass to me about it? Unbelievable. read more

Seriously the worst service ever!!! I usually don't write reviews but this had to be written.. I ordered a flower arrangement online and assumed that the delivery was made. I called to check up the next day and to my surprise it was not made. The man named Bob said that he tried twice yesterday and no one was there. He said they tried calling to whom it was going to be delivered to and there was no answer and that they tried calling today and no answer. I proceeded to ask why they didn't call me- the person who made the order and he said that he was really busy and that would have been the next step on the fourth try. When I asked to speak to the manager he immediately said he wanted to cancel my order because I was disrespecting him! What a joke!!! And to top it off he asked me if I was upset because yesterday was Mexican Mothers Day?!? That was the rudest and disrespectful thing someone could say- No Bob its because I thought the flowers for Mother's Day was delivered yesterday and I didn't receive a phone call. So No thanks!!! They are obviously TOO BUSY to provide excellent customer service... .please, take your business elsewhere !! AND to follow up 4 days later.... I still got charged on my credit card when I was told I would not be.. My son called in a bouquet as an early Mother's Day bouquet. It lasted three days, just until the day before Mother's Day! No plant food packet or instructions that you normally receive from other florists. Disappointing. Greenery is already crumbling like dead leaves. I looked inside the bouquet and flowers in middle are brown. Leaves are dirty. Most of the flowers were wilted when I received the bouquet. It is day 3 and a Lily was hanging off the bouquet. It seems like they were left in a warm delivery van. No more business from my family! read more

I agree with the person below me. Let's give these folks a break! With Mother's Day and Mexican Mother's Day landing on the same day they were inundated with calls and online orders. With the pandemic we are in, they were only one of two Florists open in the entire Antelope Valley. I'm sure they did the very best they could. You have to understand, anything that was ordered online was not going to be exactly what it looked like online due to the lack of flowers they were able to get. That's why when you ordered online it said "designers choice" or that they would get the product "as similar as possible" to what you ordered. During this time you were not going to get special vases, balloons, candy, etc, that is only common sense. All the stores these things come from were closed. So I give five stars to Robert florist. They are still my favorite and the best florist in the AV. Try a little kindness people! read more

I called today after visiting their website, My mom lives in Littlerock and I am all the way in the valley so I had no idea what i was going to get or how fresh the flowers would be. Lydia took my phone order assured me they could do same day delivery. I requested an arrangement that was $40 and paid $13 for delivery.... I asked them to do an arrangment in lavender since it was my moms favorite color.... Robert called me before they delivered it to make sure she was home.
