It was a big project that took about a week, and they showed up on time every single day, checked in regularly, and worked hard throughout. Along the way, we discovered a pipe leak, which they fixed without issue. We also needed to reroute our dryer vent, and they handled that as well. Even with these unexpected additions, Eduardo stuck to his original quote, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work is excellent, and we are very happy with the results. A few days after we met and I signed the contract, the team came out to remove old roof debris left over from a recent reroofing, removed our home's original insulation, and installed fresh batt insulation in both the attic and crawlspace. He didn't find anything in the traps but reset them to be safe. Sure enough, something took the bait because we heard it go off! I had thought for years about having the old mixed insulation in my attic replaced. Debris from a…read morerecent roof shingle replacement job caused me to look for an insulation company to have the work done. I was very favorably impressed by the work done by the crew from Attic Crew company. First a nice man named Hakan visited the house to describe the work that would be done. He mentioned the company's five year warranty, and how they would seal openings to prevent rodent intrusion. He offered what I thought was a good price, and he was able to schedule the work soon. The crew arrived with a big box truck, and unloaded two large vacuum machines, hoses, debris bags, and the new insulation. Manuel was the team leader, and the crew members were Juan, Raul and Ezequiel. They put on white suits and respirators and went to work. They worked hard all day in the attic area that was confined by a low pitch roof. At the end of the long day they cleaned up everything and took the filled debris bags with them. Manuel mentioned that he had found and blocked a couple of places where rodents could come in. When I looked at the area later, I saw the new thick white insulation, and the seals they put around all of the vent pipes going up through the roof. The next day I was on the roof, and was surprised to see that they had also put screens in the top of the vent pipes so that rodents could not enter. I think that the Attic Crew are hard working men who did an excellent job on my house.

When I told him that I needed someone to clean our dryer vent and what had happened, he said he could come out either between 5:00 and 6:00 pm that evening or the next day. It was already mid-afternoon when I called, so I was surprised to hear him say he could still come out same-day, but I decided to have him do that since I was free and also still a little shaky following what happened with the vent either smoking or steaming. Chris showed up during the window he quoted and wasted no time getting to work. He started the second he arrived and was done within the hour. The one key issue for me was the R-rating and since R-value is a major factor in comparing insulation options, I wanted to understand exactly what was being installed. While multiple emails were exchanged from what seemed to be the corporate end, there was no actual human interaction, and my request for the estimator to call back failed. Because of that lack of follow-through, I ultimately decided to go with another vendor who was more responsive. AttiCare made a good first impression, but communication after the initial visit failed. I wouldn't proceed without speaking to the estimator. They lost a job due to that.
