Sean was able to come to my house within the week of my request for help. His quote was the best of three. Sean was on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned up when he left. What else could you ask for?

Needed someone to come out and fix the damage done by a swindler :( ... Sean touched base during his vacation, stayed in touch throughout the process, did a great job for an excellent price - highly recommend!

    Resurfaced the planter.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sean and his team on a few different projects. Sean was quick to respond to my inquiries, clear on his process and provided reasonable estimates. Both Sean and his team are highly skilled and friendly, they show up on time, work hard and produce top quality work. Our first project was during the remodeling our backyard. We needed our existing stucco planters and benches to be resurfaced. They had become cracked and moldy, and honestly, looked terrible. In the space of a few weeks, Sean's team had them looking brand new! Our second project was to demo a portion of a planter that we neglected to consider in our yard remodel plans. Felt bad that his team had just completed it, but in that we have a very small backyard and forgot to accommodate space for a grill, we didn't have a lot of options. Sean was able to quickly fit us in, took care of the demo and put a new end on our planter. While Sean's team was still on site, and based on the strength of his team's work, we decided to move forward with also re-stuccoing the entire North side of our home. Some prior vendors had done awful patching jobs around a number of areas (i.e. new electrical panel, new window) and left it looking very unsightly. Sean's team made the wall practically as smooth as the planter. It looks beautiful! Sean really stands behind his work and we're thrilled with the outcome. They did such a fantastic job and we're so thankful we found them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sean was exactly what we needed. He was quick to reply to my request, his quote was very reasonable and his work was very high quality. We needed some stucco work done on our house that needed to match the existing stucco work, he matched it perfectly and did it pretty quickly. He was also super friendly and explained what he was going to do. Further, we have a piece of wood trim that in a perfect world would have extended to our front door sill plate. Sean was able to replicate the wood using stucco and once painted it looked like wood (see top right of stucco work in pic). I didn't even think this was possible but Sean suggested it. He is skilled! Thank you Sean!

Our neighbor highly recommended him for our stucco project, and he exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment he provided his bid, everything was timely and professional. He took the time to explain the differences between Blueskin and regular waterproofing, including the pros and cons of upgrading. When it came to ordering windows, he walked us through why investing in higher-quality options was important and how it would benefit us long-term. What really stands out about John is his integrity and foresight. Our project lasted about two months through winter, with plenty of rain and wind, but he was always one step ahead. He made sure his team covered and protected the work without us ever having to ask. Even while managing multiple projects, John stayed on top of every detail. His organization and communication gave us complete confidence throughout the process. I would hire John again in a heartbeat.

I had so many questions and John was super nice about answering everything. He was also great about working with another contractor and trying to coordinate schedules and such. He also went above any beyond to ensure the quality was there. The first time he resurfaced, my husband already approved it, and they took the scaffolding down. But when John came back he wasn't 100% happy with the work and resurfaced the entire house to ensure it was up to his quality bar. You don't see many people like that in the industry. I'd 1000% recommend John for any of your stucco needs.

Seamus learned his craft from his dad back in Ireland. And he knows what he's doing…read more My 100-year old bungalow in Oakland had serious issues. Roof leaking, windows leaking, wood rot, termite damage. What a mess. Seamus has the skills (and in the case of the roof, the associates) to fix all of these problems. His team chiseled out all of the aged stucco and added new chicken wire, flashing and weep screeds. He removed all the rotten wood and essentially rebuilt the front corner of my house, including a decorative wall that was so leaky that its bones had completely rotted away. Then his team re-applied base stucco and let it cure properly before mixing a beautifully colored finishing coat that was perfectly textured. The house looks amazing now. I had been putting my head in the sand for years, ignoring all the growing cracks in the stucco and knowing that water was soaking the bones of my house. I have peace of mind now. Also, as people note below, Seamus is responsive and a good communicator. So important in a contractor. Thanks Seamus.

The wall was originally made of lath and plaster. I prefer to keep the materials the closest the what was originally used for our home. Seamus was able to just that. He used wooden lath and plaster that blended right in to the rest of the wall. The result was great. He was also friendly and professional. Thanks Seamus!
