Vilsen came to give me a quote and was very honest about the level of work this project would take and he made recommendations to help bring our cost down (for example, it would be cheaper to buy new closet doors than to resurface and paint the old ones). He gave me a quote within 24 hours and I decided to move forward with him. On the first day of the job Vilsen and his team moved all of our furniture and covered everything to protect it from the dust. The team was very efficient and they even started the resurfacing on day 1. During the project, I also had new floors going in - Vilsen was able to work around the flooring team. On the day we scheduled Carlos showed up on time and walked around with us to confirm the work to be done, placing blue tape so nothing was missed. He worked for several hours, applying multiple layers of "mud" where necessary and when done was meticulous about cleaning up each area where he worked. His work was that of a master craftsman.
