A couple of days ago, I received a call from an agent (Ms. Lauren) stating that they quoted me a while back but have since received new rates that I may be interested in. And my goodness, was she right. The process was painless and the agent was very thorough walking me through the process and offering amazing discounts that I did not have with my previous carrier, saving me over $100 dollars a month. In addition, there was no down payment required, just the first month premium! In addition, she is working to help me get a better homeowners policy as my policy MORE than doubled after having filed a claim after over 15 years of coverage with my existing homeowner policy. Up until recently I have never had to file a claim with them until a month ago when my basement flooded. I picked up the phone and gave Staci a call who was more than happy to set up my claim and handle getting a mitigation crew and construction crew over to my house in a quick manner.
