On two occasions both being my birthdays I bought Lab grown diamond earrings and was really happy,one set was white gold and the other yellow gold,but on my third purchase I wanted to buy another pair of 0.50 which is 0.25 in each ear but this time I wanted them to be Natural diamonds which would be quite pricey,I had a pair ordered and paid weekly three to four hundred dollars until I paid in full which costs over eleven hundred dollars but money doesn't mean nothing it's the opportunity to own the best of the best even though I am a male past my forties,I spoke to Becky and I placed my order and when they arrived they were not 0.50mm but 0.60 0.30 in each ear which I wanted something smaller than 0.50 0.25 in each ear or around the same size,I was a bit disappointed at the time but realized she got me more bang for my buck and she explained that they were about the same but had more bling for its size which I was really excited about now instead of having lab grown diamonds which are fabulous I now would own a pair of natural diamond earrings,At first I wasn't sure if I'd like them because of the upgrade in size,but now I realize they are perfect,I wear them every single day and clean them daily with Dawn dish soap and warm water.WOW,,,Thank you Becky for doing you to get me a great bargain.You are truly the best and I apologize for my impatience rather they'd be to big but have become a great part of my everyday life.and I also want to thank everyone who attended to me which I know are a remarkable team.thank You Chris as well. read more

My wife and I recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. Our original wedding set (purchased at 18 years old with money from our 1989 minimum wage college jobs) was starting to show significant wear and a stone had fallen out of her engagement ring. We decided to have a "date day" on our anniversary going to several jewelry stores to consider an upgrade. We went to a few local and a few national chain stores in Lubbock and had varied experiences at each, but seemed to be bothering some and just "a job" for others. Becky obviously had time for us and welcomed us into the store discussing the many options and helping my wife decide what might "work" for her. She seemed to truly enjoy showing the rings, the diamonds, and the options. She was never pushy and seemed happy to be included on our date. It was something closer to a Disney movie than anything else, with the quote of the day being when she asked an associate to "bring me ALL the diamonds" since we really didn't have an idea of the cut, size, or color we wanted. I don't think I'll ever stray from this store. They obviously care about the customers and want to make sure things work out. Just about all jewelry is pretty, but the experience matters. I recently received an Architect 2001BA S Tank 007/500 timepiece from Geneva in Switzerland. Once I tried it on, I realized I needed some links taken out. I had visited this jeweler who had a difficult time removing the links. It turns out they didn't realize the links were "screw" based. In their attempt to remove the links (by tapping them out), they damaged (nicked) the SS band. Unapologetic. I will not do business with them again. read more

While not usually a fan of jewelry stores due to pushy salesmen and stupid high prices, I needed the fiancé's ring cleaned so I decided to risk it. I went in and told then I just wanted her ring cleaned and in less than 5 min of peaceful browsing I was returned a spotless ring. As I pulled out my wallet I was told that a simple cleaning is free and should never pay for one again. Life changed. I took a 30+ year old emerald and diamond ring in to have a diamond replaced that fell out (small, 1 of several on the piece) and to have it enlarged and prongs checked and fixed. I have worn it every day for the past 10 years, and most of the time in the previous 20 years. The emerald, which is good size I could not afford to replace. The ring was in sad state. What I got back is absolutely gorgeous. They updated the prongs on the emerald and I swear the emerald and diamonds sits up higher. It is my ring, but oh so much better. I took my Tag Heuer in a while back to have a routine battery change done & in the process the crown was broken. They attempted to "repair" the watch & replaced the crown with the wrong hardware, leaving the watch completely inoperable. Now after taking it to a jeweler that is authorized to work on Tags, I discovered the real damage done & out over $500. Lesson learned: take your pieces to an authorized dealer to be worked on, even if it's just the battery. read more

I had my rings resized by my old jeweler in Austin. Unfortunately, the entire process was a disaster, and once I finally received my rings back, my engagement ring ended up cracking all the way through less than 2 weeks later, and my wedding band had a visible seam where it was cut for resizing and it didn't look great and I was worried it might crack too. I needed to get them fixed ASAP, but didn't want to send them back to ATX to have them repaired given all of the issues I had during that entire process. I was recommended by a close friend to go see Becky at RLJ and I'm really glad that I did! Becky was super nice and helpful. She also gave me a great price to fix them both. I just picked them up and they look beautiful, sparkly, and clean. I'm very hopeful that they were fixed to last. Thanks for making my rings look beautiful again!
