The Treasures salesman took a look at the ring, mentioned that they could do it in sterling silver (which the other jeweler didn't mention), so I paid extra for a rhodium dip so it wouldn't tarnish. He beat the other jewelers price by half! Also, I have skinny fingers and slightly fat knuckles, which I knew, and they put a sizer on it for free. They told me if it felt too loose, to bring it back and they'd resize it for free (even though they made me exactly what I asked for). I am very happy with my experience.

Actually, Ulysse Nardin is a luxury Swiss watchmaker that has been in business since 1846. According to the last official report of Neuchâtel Observatory in Switzerland, Ulysse Nardin had won numerous awards and honors for its marine chronometers from 1846 to 1975, including 4324 certificates, 2411 special prizes and 10 gold medals at International Exhibitions. By the 1870s, Ulysse Nardin's marine chronometers were in service with over 50 navies and international shipping companies Larry King, Michael Jordan, and Jeff Bezos all proudly wear timepieces from this illustrious watchmaker. The gentleman at Anderson Bros. was obviously attempting to insult me and my choice of watches by declaring it "just an internet brand", but he only succeeded in proving his ignorance. Perhaps he should educate himself prior to attempting to insult customers who enter his shop seeking to make a purchase. I took my watch to a very reputable jeweler in Dallas and they were able to order an OEM replacement band for just under $1200. Anderson Bros is a beautiful store with many nice pieces but they fail miserably in their treatment of customers.

We were greeted by a lady named Sarah, wonderful by the way she was very helpful and efficient with the exchange. The process was so fast with Sarah my fiancé decided she wanted to get her mom something. Sarah was very helpful with that as well she assisted us with a chain she told us where the book was located and we looked at the different jewelry for her mom. The lady walking the floor came and asked to see if we needed any help. She kept going to each showcase stand that we moved to speaking with an aggressive tone. Again, we understand they were about to close but there were other customers. She kept rushing us and making my fiancé feel uneasy and rushed. When we told her to just give us some time she responded "well we are about to close" as if we didn't know. The fact that we weren't the only customers there but were the only ones being rushed and handled in an unprofessional manner rubbed me the wrong way. We have purchased numerous items of jewelry from this location and have had awesome experiences each time but this experience was the complete opposite of what we hold James Avery's customer service level too. The experience that my fiancé and I had tonight really disappointed me in what I thought was a welcoming environment. Definitely a coaching opportunity for that floor representative that worked the closing shift on February 12th.

Considerate and honest and never seen her disgruntled with anyone. I've watched her assist many customers and she has always been so helpful and never pushy. That's my kind of salesperson. She helped me again today. What an asset to Helzberg. I have worked with others there when she is out for the day. Hope she never leaves there as I am not finished buying diamonds for everyone yet.
