Totally unfair for patients who work during the week and are parents. After today, where I had an appointment scheduled and they didn't have me down for two days later, and couldn't accommodate their mistake to get me in, I will not be back, nor do I recommend taking your business here if you value your time. Also pictures of last time when they reschedule a simple cleaning appointment 4 times in one week, day of. But they will charge you $95 for a cancellation within 48 hours.

Once in the cleaning, my hygienist tried to go get the dentist for my check up multiple times and he never came. My wife couldn't get in with Dr. Downey and got one of his associates...she wasn't impressed. Dr. Downey had some health issues and I wound up with an associate that didn't do well. Through it all, I got implants, fillings and cleanings and my teeth have been a mess the last two years. I have food gaps now that I didn't have and cleaning is difficult. One tooth had a small crack that needed repaired, they put a crown on but it continued to hurt so they sent me for a second root canal. Again I couldn't get Dr. Downey so I got on his schedule for when he came back. In the mean time the tooth broke and his associate had to pull it. when he got back he did an implant but again, it has food gaps I recently cracked another tooth that had been posted years ago and went to see him. They sent me to Dr. Downey who did more x-rays, said the tooth would have to come out and referred me back to them saying he would get in touch with them. I called a couple days later and asked if they received the pictures, they said they did but Dr. Downey wouldn't be in for a couple days. I asked for him to call ASAP when he looked at it...hearing nothing, I called back and they said they would have him look and get with me. That tooth fell out today and they cant get me in to see him for a few days. I give up....they just cant seem to handle the load and the only competent person there seems to be him yet he is looks to fazing out.
