After my 2nd visit I was in pain for days. They couldn't get me in because he was gone for a week. Then my teeth on the bottom left seemed loose after they worked on it and continued to; I mentioned it to them and they didn't do anything about it. He did a terrible job on my mouth guard. I don't care if you don't have a good bedside manner, but at least do a good job. (My dentist now has fixed it). The rooms are so open and nearby you can hear what everyone says. In addition to all that, the last dental hygienist there that cleaned my teeth did a bad job. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars is because the first hygienist that cleaned my teeth did an excellent job.

All around it was a pretty good experience, minus the crown part. :) At the end they gave me mouthwash to rinse, a warm towel, mints, and a baby chapstick. My dental hygienist was great, even though the reception never notified her I was there, leaving me sitting in the waiting room after everyone who checked in after me had been taken. Once in the cleaning, my hygienist tried to go get the dentist for my check up multiple times and he never came. I WAS FINALLY TOLD HE LEFT TO GO TO HIS OWN DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING. I then go to check out and the reception is having to turn other people away due to the dentist NOT EVEN BEING IN THE BUILDING. During my appointment you could also hear another superior dressing down one of the dental nurses for being too friendly with her coworkers. This place has a weird vibe and zero sense of professionalism. Why would I trust you with my medical decisions if you can't even make sure the entire doctor is there for a visit scheduled 6 months ago?

We learned through many encounters with them, that you need to keep copies of your signed treatment plans or they will change up the cost of the treatment and request more money. Despite having gone round and round with them for years with copies of our signed treatment plans, they continue to send bills. These bills aren't even itemized and they can't seem to ever describe what the amount is for. When we call the business to remedy, they "assure" us they will speak to the office manager. We are told the amount is resolved. And then we get another bill in the mail months later. This has now been going on for nearly 2 years. Sadly our family, who have been patients here for many years, have officially moved our entire family away from this practice.
